I recently purchased a few things, I think the quality is amazing, the jumpers are a little expensive, I went by the size chart and bought Small and medium over a range of items , the trousers second skin fit but don't compliment my body shape because of the cut, the cut of the trousers gives illusion of a waist and because my body shape looks like a box it just sits in low on my body and looks bulgy, I should of bought a large, returning will cost me 30 pound to return, which is a 3rd of what I paid for the trousers , out of 5 the dress and others fit me like a glove so sizing for the tops and dresses accurate, I love the colours so much I bought another dress because I know it gonna fit , overall I'm happy with it but it is a gamble with the size especially as it's very expensive to return , will have to wear a jumper to cover my blubber with the trousers cuz I'm not loosing out on 30 pound , anyway one star is on returns and the gamble on sizing

I have always purchased from them, love their basics but the day you need to make a change to your order, even address and that to mins after plaving order, they refuse and then ignore all your emails.
They really lack customer service, and thats why they now have lost a customer who used to spend atleast a couple hundred every few months with them!

This company charges $150 dollars for returns to Australia from US. So basically they don’t offer a return policy on very pricey items. You better hope it fits and looks like what’s pictured - which it won’t.

This was my first time ordering from this brand, and unfortunately the experience left a very negative impression.

Because I had never shopped with them before and was unsure about sizing, I ordered two sizes of the same skirt with the intention of returning the one that did not fit. While international shipping to the U.S. was free, I later learned that returns require customers to pay for costly international shipping back to Australia. In practical terms, this makes returns or store credit financially unrealistic once shipping expenses are considered.

When I reached out during a personally difficult time hoping for some flexibility as a first-time customer, the response remained strictly policy-driven. The overall process felt rigid and not particularly customer-friendly.

If a brand actively sells to international customers, the return experience should be structured in a way that is realistically manageable across borders. I would strongly caution first-time overseas shoppers to fully understand the financial risk of returns before purchasing.

*****SCAM**** It's the same company out of China that re brands all of the time. Always check the stamp at the bottom of emails for the year. This company and their other companies always have a website stamp of 2025. They will send you non branded items that are poor quality and won't accept returns. Also, if you look up their "Australian address" in google maps it's not a retail shop or a business with this name.
