Not very good with technology nor mobile phones as was hoping to order over the phone but I had to use your website but it was easy to do and doing the personalisation was easy and I received my wine glass the NEXT DAY

I never received the first time but I send you a email explaining the item that got lost. I received the item next delivery. Thank you for that.

Personalised glass was okay, but delivery missed the occassion
Personalised glass was okay, plain but solid, however paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days ( not counting the evening I ordered), so was too late for the special birthday it was bought for. Company refunded my next day delivery postage, but that wasn't much good, I still had no gift to give on the day. That was the reason I chose them over many other suppliers. Change your courier partners.
