I had a very positive experience ordering online and collecting in store. During the decision making regarding the gold earrings, they went up in price. However, A&S honoured the original, lower price and STILL allowed me to use their discount code.

I went to the Plymouth store with a gold chain and bracelet which were my late Mum’s. I wanted to replace with some diamond earrings. The gold was worth a lot more than expected and I can home with a wonderful bag of goodies. The wonderful Julie was a delight, more than helpful and very patient with me changing my mind. I had a very precious ring that belonged to my late father and I didn’t want to change the ring but wanted to add his birth stone. With the amazing help of Ivonna we came up with a beautiful design for the ring. I was made to feel like royalty and my ideas were listened too.
