Taken payment then asked for a insurance deposit which was refundable like a trusting person I am I did then heard nothing
Applied to the bank to get help getting money back and it was rejected

I placed an order, paid for the item plus postage, and was then hit with an unexpected demand for an extra £30 for “postage insurance.” I refused to pay it.
It’s now been over two weeks, my item still hasn’t arrived, and there’s been zero communication or progress from their side.
I’ve sent countless messages and even tried calling multiple times — all I get is silence or vague excuses. No tracking update, no resolution, nothing.
This feels like a deliberate tactic to squeeze more money or simply a very unprofessional operation. Either way, the result is the same: you pay, you wait, and you get nothing.
Strongly advise everyone to steer well clear of this company. Save yourself the frustration and potential loss of money.

As said total scam when querying delivery ask for further £100 delivery insurance then block you from everywhere

Massive scammers. Wish research had been done as they lied repeatedly throughout transaction. They are NOT who they say they are and I have reported with evidence. Will write money off as a valuable life lesson in checking before you spend money.

They took my money £250 and then asked me for another £80 for insurance. I told them to cancel the order but they said they’ve already ‘processed’ it, first time I’ve been scammed in my life.

Total scam! They harassed me for payment off website as they are scammers! They whatsapped me chasing money to confirm the order, and me sadly being desperate for what they claimed to be selling, went along with it. Once i had paid, they ghosted my messages, blocked my emails and calls and have essentially stolen my money.
DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM! ALL ALLUVI SITES ARE A SCAM!

After you place an order and pay, you receive a text message saying that you still have to pay an extra £500 for “insurance delivery” or something like that. This is just an attempt to extort money — nothing will arrive. Be very careful and don’t order anything from them. Please pass this information on.
