I am starting my pregnancy, I was blank and unclear on what am I suppose to do. so this session really helped me understand the importance on lot of things which are important for my pregnancy.

It’s really relaxing and motivating for everything.

Labour room visualisation technique is really great and feels calm immediately. Really excited to learn more.

I attended a free workshop of Naushina. It was really a good experience. Felt so light when she made me do 15 mins meditation imagining that I’m go through the labour process & the entire process felt so overwhelming & relaxed for me. Thank you for this.

I joined the workshop today and i have never felt so calm and relaxed. The labor meditation was such a wonderful session. I had tears in my eyes. i have learned so many things and i believe this should go out to all pregnant ladies so that they can also benefit with this. Loved the session. <3

I'm in my second trimester. Don't know anything about pregnancy details or garbha sanskar n all befor know I'm get a positive details and I'm worried about my labour day but now it's so calm and feeling excited to see my baby

After workshop i learnt so many things on how to maintain my health and how to maintain my baby health. I learnt what to do and not to do in pregnancy that was very useful.
