I took the Forest Therapy Course, and learned a lot! I am an avid outdoors woman who has gone on forest therapy walks with a certified professional, and saw the benefit. Alma Oasis' course is full of very interesting information that helped me understand why forest therapy is so valuable for humans at this time of our lives.

The Natural building course has made me look at every building and house with different eyes. I wonder if anyone knows the waste and environmental impact the places they are in every day has or has had on our beautiful planet? I plan on using what I have learned on this course on my own property and start teaching others too.

Very easy to navigate. Loved the course content and cant wait to start holding Sylvotherapy sessions. Will for sure be doing another course through here.

I took the course in Silvotherapy and I loved it! I’ve always been nature minded, and it was amazing to learn the actual biology and chemistry that takes place when we embrace the natural world! I’ve always been a tree hugger. I never knew there was a science behind it! Highly recommend

i enjoyed the knoweledgeI recieved during this course and especially the different sources that were presented. the course also gave practical orientation. as i mentioned to them...i felt sea glass collection and use for therapy is missing.
