Hatte eine Shorts in meiner Größe XL bestellt, die allerdings viel zu groß ausfiel. Umtausch problemlos

Amazing quality
Amazing quality. I have bought serval items both in person while on holidays and on line. Quality and hand stitching like this is hard to find. I would highly recommend the Cotton Soul Ladies clothing line and the hand stitched ladies hanker chiefs and table linen.
Worth every penny!

Lovely place very central
The apartment was nice and clean.
The sink leaked so when you washed dishes all the water came out on the floor
Getting into the apartment when I arrived was difficult nobody there to meet you to let you in through the main gate.
The key was left in the. Key box which was ok but the problem was getting through the main gate
the main picture that is on the internet is not the apartment we stayed in.
It had a different view.
Also if you have a car be prepared to park a long way away from the apartment
Even tough they say no problem for parking we had to park the car 3 streets away and it took 1hour to get parking
Having said all this
It’s a good place to stay central to the Main Street all the bars and restaurants

You have left a negative review for a store which may be called similar to where you stayed.
We are an online clothing store, not an apartment. I think they have given you the wrong link for review.
I repeat, this is not an apartment, a clothing store.
Theft and incompetence
I have been trying to get a refund for a shirt that was not delivered, for the past 3 months. My e-mails have been ignored, and I am still waiting for a refund of £42.
APPALLING customer ´ service ´ and theft of my money.

Dear Peter,
We have had issues getting in touch regarding the order and processing the refunds. Our emails were sent immediately after we realized the item was out of stock in order to provide for a solution.
We normally wait on getting a PayPal escalation so we can process refunds. It allows both parties to stay accountable. Unfortunately this time we just plainly couldn't communicate with each other and we do apologize for that.
A full refund has been processed and we would like to iterate corrective measures have been taken to avoid situation as such. This is not our standard operating procedure.

Pantalones con forro de algodón
Pedí unos pantalones con forro de algodón, y son estupendos! : ) Resolvieron las dudas que les planteé antes de hacer el pedido y todo bien. La pega es que tardaron mucho en llegarme (aunque ya me avisaron correctamente de esto), y que los pantalones no tienen etiqueta.
