Slow service. Beyond belief at just how sh!t they are. Not reputable in any way. Poor communication (probably a bot). Don’t believe the delivery times. My order is constantly awaiting fulfilment….

The delivery took about a month and a half to arrive, never received tracking or confirmation email, once items were received I was missing a shirt and honestly couldn’t verify order because they didn’t provide order info. I wouldn’t buy here a again it’s a rip off

I ordered a men's shirt and it took weeks to arrive but it was way too large. Tried several times contact them for return but was unable to reach customer service. No response at all. Don't use this company

Their 7-12 days shipping is a farce. Customer service is nonexistent. No answers after repeated attempts they gave me a tracking number but no courier name. One shirt the print is cockeye it takes over a month get get what you order. They take you money and don’t answer you request

One Star - Deliberately Conceals Key Facts and Forces Sales

My experience with Aloha Daddy was defined by a complete lack of transparency and a shocking disregard for the customer's right to cancel.

First, the critical details are hidden: Nowhere on their website do they disclose they are shipping from abroad. After a week of no shipping updates on my Christmas purchase, I investigated and discovered the company is based in China. This also means returns for sizing issues would be a costly international nightmare.

Second, they never disclose additional international transaction fees. I only discovered these hidden charges by reviewing my credit card statement.

The most egregious part is their customer service—or complete lack thereof. The extended, undisclosed shipping timeline prompted me to request a cancellation. I sent multiple emails to cancel the unshipped order. Instead of respecting my wishes, they ignored my requests and pushed the order through. This felt like a forced sale. A company that actively disregards a direct cancellation request prioritizes its own gain over basic customer respect and autonomy.

In summary: they conceal their location, hide extra fees, offer slow shipping not ideal for holiday deadlines, and will ignore your cancellation requests to force a sale. Terrible, disrespectful, and dishonest business practices. Do not trust them with your money.

Everytime I ask for a specific shirt, they make it available. They will take any Hawaiian shirt and create it in a polo style for me. I have order over 30 shirts from them and everyone comes out perfect. I will only order my shirts from them. They are great colors and top quality craftsmanship.

Not reputable company to deal with lead you along about delays in shipping THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA
when you have issues with quality or sizing your must pay to return product by mail...example purchased 5 items 3 arrived with no size label ...had to return 3 items via mail to CHINA at$28.00 shipping expence ...then Aloha states they will refund next Monday then states they were on New Years holiday......result they NEVER REFUND AFTER CHASEING THEM FOR 5 MONTHS......DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALOHA DADDY

I ordered over $200 in shirts on January 26 and they said it would take 7 to 12 business days and it’s been 34 days. I reached out once a week through email and they always say the same thing that it’s almost ready just wait. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Order was promised in 5-9 business days but had not even shipped by then meaning it would not arrive in time for a 2-month trip for which the clothing was ordered. Customer service team initially sent a couple of emails that essentially said nothing and refused to cancel the order, and then simply stopped replying.
