Enrolling in Alok’s Conscious Coaching Program in November 2025 was a turning point for my career and personal growth. This review is for the 5-months long Conscious Coaching Program (CCP) which I undertook in Dec 2025 and it completed in April 2026.
This program is ideal for someone who wants to unlock the Coach within. I knew I was helping people, but I wasn’t structured, never really thought about becoming a Coach. I Didn’t even know there’s a Business Coach domain.
Today I am able to reach out to more people and help them, through the structure that’s guided by Alok Taunk.
CCP gives you mindset of a Coach, helps one see the roadmap ahead, gives the wheels to travel on the roadmap, and presents the clarity of what to do next.
But most importantly, CCP puts us all together in a cohort- a community where there are others like me in the same journey but with different wheels. This means no one is alone. We maybe coaches in different domains just like different vehicles on a highway, but travelling on the same highway means each one will get there and share their learnings or seek help from co passengers.

And this support system continues beyond 5 months… through lifetime. And THATS the best part.

I had a phenomenol experience connectin g with Alok sir and being a part of Conscious coaching program batch 3. i feel blessed to have such a great mentor who practice what he preach and make us also practice that.. This ccp was completely different from other coaching programs. The kind of handholding, support we received is simply awesome.. i would say , this program is 5 times worth more than what we paid for it..

My experience of CCP Batch3 course was unique. I had never attended any such detail oriented course which was very thoughtfully designed and executed. Course contents, tools, detailed coverage, energy during each session were exceptionally good and very helpful. I would highly recommend aspiring coaches to must attend coaching under Aok Taunk.
