Scam. Exactly like everyone else. Took my money for a rocking chair (ad on TikTok). No delivery or way to trace delivery without a charge (which my bank stopped and blocked). Contacted their customer service who offered a free matching blanket. Delivery takes 10 days. Chased them after 10 days - no response. Chased multiple times - no response. Speaking to my bank to find a way to get a refund.

Scam. Took money order never came when chased offered replacement and blanket as a gift that one never came either and now ignoring contact

I was scammed. I ordered 2 chairs. Downloaded the app to track delivery. The app only shows you the items you have ordered. I then deleted the app as the permissions it asks for is to read your emails. I emailed several times and got an automated response that someone would be in contact within 48 hours. I then received an email link which said my item was delivered to the porch. I sent an email that I have cameras and no delivery has been made. After 19 days of no contact I then alerted the bank that I'd been scammed. I had noticed there was no business address or telephone number and the bank transaction was from Spain.

Stated delivered but not delivered, chased and they said nothing they can do. Absolutely theives.

Ordered the Pod chairs x 2. However our bank cancelled the transaction....

Thankfully the transaction was declined

However we got a email from Alomie saying thanks for your recent order?

We then got a delivery update and tracking.

We received 2 blow up neck travel pillows as modelled in my profile picture

SCAM, fake delivery tracking number. Yodel have no idea whats going on . Alomie are bad people

Complete scam, same as below told given the wrong tracking when chased gave me a different one plus a matching blanket to my so called chair as an apology. Nothings been delivered to me yet online it says it has!
Luckily my bank has refunded me but please avoid as funnily enough my social media account also got hacked that I used to buy it through.

Exactly the same happened to me! Spent £50 on 2 rocking chairs and I received a watermelon neck pillow!! Total scam AVOID!

Ordered a rocking chair at £35.99 and have received a Child's Neck Cushion! The SHOP app confirms it has been delivered, but doesn't tell you who the courier is, I've had a neck cushion delivered by Yodel today so I'm guessing as I haven't ordered a cushion this is in fact my rocking chair!!
Fed up with this rookie companies stripping people of money and getting away with it. I work in retail and if we did this, there would be an up roar but the consumer would have rights to get this sorted. We just seem to have to accept this and move on. It's not right!

Taken my money in good faith and I have not received my order. told me they had sent the wrong tracking details and they would re send it with new tracking details and as an apology have included a free matching blanket. second delivery has not arrived.
This set up is a complete scam, do not be tempted by their lovely adverts on social media, they are disgusting thieves.

Bought a rocking chair on the 7th of may, and it never arrived. Contacted Alomie to not avail, also contacted Yodel as my parcel was to be delivered by them and they have no information regarding this delivery. The tracking numbers didnt work at all and im not hopeful about getting my money back. Avoid at all costs!!!

Total scam! Outdoor rocking chair on TikTok shop. No chair, no refund.

Scam, they take your money and have no intention to deliver to you. They offer refund saying unable to deliver goods to your area - I live in uk and no restrictions here so that’s a lie. They say allow 7 days for refund to come through but have no intention of paying money back. They then stop replying to your emails. They are stealing peoples money and probably getting rich from this. When will social media sites get tougher with these fraudulent sellers!!!!!

Don't waste your time writing mails. Go to work and make this money again. What you pay is in the bin

Do not use this company, I purchased 2 rocking chairs that states that they have been delivered through Yodel that have not come. I have contacted Yodel who have no details of the tracking number given. I have emailed this company and have no response. They also use a fraudulent delivery company called Trackerley who state that you need to pay £1.00 to track the parcel, it then gives you 0 information and automatically puts you into a monthly subscription of £24.99

Yes I have been scammed too. Two emails from ‘Jordan’ promising a refund, no refund no chair stay away from this company

No chair, No reply to emails.
I shall be contacting the authorities and claim my money back

I purchased the rocking pod chair from Koshio Designs, got the dispatched email after 2 days, clicked the link to track & website no longer exists! Unable to claim back via my bank until 15 days has passed.

Total scam like many others on here ordered a rocking chair marked as delivered, when I contacted them said had been a mistake and would send again with free gift. Tracked and gain marked as delivered but not received now not responding to emails. Do not use scam site
