I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered.
I got the bog4 + decal. Payed total of $20 US. got the order. Put them on could not get them past my bicep. My arms are average not a body builder arm by far. Had to rip them a bit get them higher without cutting off circulation. THESE ARE MADE FOR SMALL WOMEN. No way to get bigger size on their website. I picked my decal and got the wrong one. This company is horse **it. Getting the tracking number and order confirmation was like pulling teeth.

DO NOT ORDER THE SLEEVES.
Unless you are a small person or child.

PS their advertisement shows a big dude wearing this product. That is false advertisement in my book.

I can not express how poor the quality of their products are. It is clear they put more emphasis on marketing than anything they actually sell. From poor shipping to shockingly bad quality they never cease to amaze. This company has embarrassingly low standards if any at all.

They told me four different ETAs and I’ve been waiting so my package wouldn’t get swiped off my porch. I tracked the package this morning, it’s been delayed again. WTH!!!!! The package has been sitting 30 freaking miles away from my home for 5 days.... SMH I yeah, I paid for express shipping!

Ordered 3 weeks ago. tracking form says it has been delayed, no one to call, etc. UPSPS has no information on tracking number sent to us nor DHL ecommerce tracking number given has no information. Beware when ordering from this company! Buyer beware! Scam!!!!!

I ordered their face shield product 5 for $15 and an additional shield over 10 days ago. I received order confirmation and payment was sent via PayPal. I have since followed up via chat as there is no active phone line “due to COVID-19 safety precautions,” and have yet to receive a response. I have emailed their customer service line but have little confidence that I will receive a response, especially after reading the other reviews here. Fingers crossed and Time will tell, but I would look elsewhere for product; this has been far less than an ideal customer service.

Very poor customer service can't get hold of anyone

Ordered the 5 face set never received wow what a way to scam. How can a company like this be allowed to operate complete fraud.........no contact and no way to contact at all and just took the $.

Wow took 11 days to get my order and its all made in China!!!! Got me once but it wont happen again. I also paid for USPS shipping and they sent it part of the way through DHL and the rest usps. Buyer beware!!!!

Same as everyone else. Ordered product, received shipping notice. Then nothing. Customer service is non existent. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Zero stars if I could.

Absolutely the worst company in existence. Bought merchandise from them, never shipped. Just got a mail telling me, sorry it can't be shipped. No offer of a refund or anything. No replies to emails. No replies to PayPal disputes. Absolutely stay away from this company, else you'll lose your money.

Placed an order on March 30th and I am still dealing with this headache. Attempted to get a hold of this company for months and could not reach anyone. 3 months later, a package arrives with 5 face shields but all were wrong. I finally get a hold of the company, after putting in a complaint with the BBB, to tell them that I was no longer interested in their products and that I wanted a full refund. I mailed back what they sent me and am still waiting for my refund. Horrible experience.

Don’t expect your purchase ANYTIME SOON purchased 07/15/2020 received a shipment update that they finally got off their ass 07/28/2020 that is was shipped even paid for express shipping. Garbage, worthless company.

Absolute garbage. Truly a shame that a company is going to play on our patriotic heart strings while selling crap from China...and poorly made crap from China.

Is there a rating lower then a 1? I ordered face shields on July 8th, I received an email indicating they received my order, but I have still yet to receive tracking information, Customer service doesn't exist. The phone number available does not work, the chat is disabled, and their Instagram page does not respond to direct messages either. I wish I knew about this scammy website before hand. AVOID

Ordered a decal maybe two weeks ago. Nothing has came in the mail. And I have no idea how to contact these people. Please send me my order that I paid for.

I ordered the face shields and at first had trouble contacting anyone regarding my order. I then read these reviews and grew very concerned. I felt it fair that I report that I did get a hold of customer service and did receive my face shields, took about 10 days. Everything is good.

The biggest SCAM out there.
Ordered the 5 for 15 over 3 weeks ago. Got a email say its shiped, still no package. There is no customer service to talk to. There live chat is disabled.
