I continue to be amazed at the outstanding professionalism exhibited by UPMA representatives. Their consciousness in addressing my personal questions is very commendable. I am afforded an adequate amount of time to fully address my inquiries which is quite commendable. I truly feel I am a valued customer and not an inconvenience as I am treated with the highest degree of customer service.

I have been associated with the people at Alpine Gold for several years. They are diligent and helpful. I like working with them because of their efforts to make gold work for everyday transactions. My money doubled

Absolutely one of the best customer service I have seen. They had a promotion (glitch in there system) advocating for a free 1/2 gold back. Anyone stacker knows that thats not worth much, but free stuff is the best. I applied and got an email a few hours saying it was a glitch. I completely understood and forgot about the situation. Today I just revived a free 1/2 Goldback because they honored the glitch?!? If I could give 10 stars I would!

UPMA is a great place to store your funds if you're worried about inflation destroying your purchasing power. I did exactly that w/a recent Roth IRA transfer from my old employer retirement plan. Pam (and others) were helpful at guiding me through the process. Now I can feel peace of mind knowing I'm protected from the decline of the dollar.

Robin was incredible! She helped me merge two accounts and fix login issues! She was pleasant to deal with and infinitely patient with this dyslexic octogenarian!! She worked with me on Aug 8 an 11 and I suspect she even dealt with some of my issues on her own time!
