I contacted several damp, timber, and structural survey providers and Alphine Surveys were the only ones who got back to me promptly and communicated reliably. I was very happy with the service provided; Abbas wrote a thorough report that was much more detailed than i expect for a damp survey + a structural survey, while also providing me with immediate roundabout costs of works needed to address any issues. The report was also produced very quickly after the survey. Absolutely zero issues and would definitely use Alpine again if needed!

Abbas was extremely competent and knowledgeable. He understood my concerns and answered in detail. Really pleased .

Abbas did an incredibly thorough job with my structural survey, which really gave me peace of mind as part of a house purchase process. We had a really detailed phone call after the survey in which Abbas went through the main points very clearly. It did take a week longer than quoted for the report to come through but, once it arrived, it was also really clear and detailed. Abbas was kind enough to do a further call with me to go through some additional questions after the report arrived, which was much appreciated.

Abbas was careful and thorough. He took time to listen to exactly what we wanted to find out about the property we plan to buy. He delivered a very detailed report that helped us understand the depth of problems and potential solutions in order of priority. He helped us have a feeling for the cost for fixing the issues found, but never was pushy or felt like he was suggesting things that weren’t required. A hugely worthwhile process all round - we will feel much more confident in our decision to buy and what we will come up against post this. I’d highly recommend!

Abbas Ladonni carried out a structural report on a house I purchased, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with.

The report was detailed, clear, and explained in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped me make informed decisions about the property. They were also very responsive to questions and took the time to discuss their findings thoroughly.

We had Abbas attend our property today. He was very informative, professional and the effort with his work was our of this world. And what i liked the most was he took his shoes off without being asked too. A very polite man.

I was very worried and stressing over a crack in my wall .alpine survey sent nagendra to look at it for me. I can only give him 10 out of 10 .following his inspection he reassured me the structure was sound and no reason for concern.

Abbas was extremely professional in talking about the issues in a way that was easy to understand, discussion options for repairs and what pitfalls to avoid. He really took the time to look at everything that was concerning me – great service, would use again

The engineer looked around the property at the damage. He took some pictures, I gave him the information I received from the insurance company, he was patient while he explained my options and gave me his opinion when explaining the options I had. I am now waiting for his report.

I have nothing but praise for the experience I have received today. I booked a structural and damp engineer to assess my cracked rendering and inside damp and received exceptional service. Abba’s professionalism, knowledge and courteous nature was second to none. His advice and approach to my situation was faultless and I would like to say thank you. I would not hesitate in recommending not only him but the other staff I have dealt with at Alpine. From booking this appointment onwards it was excellent customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They agree to carry out work, site visits, calculations and drawings for a set fee, all agreed in writing, and then don't supply you what you've paid for. Happy to take your money, just not happy to do the work. Not only do you not get the structural drawings, but the report you do get is poorly written with so many spelling mistakes and poor fluency that you can't actually use the report. Avoid this company at all costs.

We had a retaining wall with significant cracks. We had previously had another engineer look at it and got nowhere, so we're very pleased with Abbas's knowledgeable and courteous approach. He assessed the wall and came up with options that worked for us and answered all my questions.

Brinde understood the structural engineering need clearly and what we needed the structural survey to assess. Abbas the Structural Engineer was very courteous and provided a clear explanation of defects in the flat roof felting, state of water penetration and assessment of original roof joists whilst on site. He also discussed with us the possible remedial solutions. We await the report.

Dealing with the office to get a quote was seamless, and Abbas was able to come the next day due to a cancellation - this was very much appreciated. Abbas arrived on time and was polite and respectful of our house while carrying out the survey. Report was sent promptly . Both Abbas and Alpine were easy to deal with - would recommend.

Abbas from Alpine Surveys came to our house to conduct a structural inspection, and I was very impressed with his service. He carefully checked all the areas I requested and was extremely thorough and patient throughout the process. After completing the first round of inspection, he called me to provide a verbal summary of the results and to confirm whether I had any questions. For the additional concerns I raised, he even arranged a video call to explain everything in detail, which gave me a much better understanding of the property and completely put my mind at ease. He later provided a professional and comprehensive written report. I’m very satisfied with his work and definitely recommend him!
