I booked a flight from Dammam to Madina…

I booked a flight from Dammam to Madina for my Brother Azmeer Khan and the flight was cancelled, after that i contacted Alrehlat to change my flight, they wasted lots of my time and next day sent a fake ticket which contained same PNR number but the date was change on ticket, I contacted again to cancel and refund, they have been confirming since one month that they have requested a refund, after long wait i contacted airline directly to see the problem and surprisingly airline said they dont have any refund request in their system, Alrehlat has been playing with me for more than a month now and still saying we are waiting for airline this is totally fraud

Évité ce site . Il n est pas sérieux . Je viens de réserver un billet Paris Orly - Marrakech pour la date du 4 Mai référence de la réservation R0MG1U41 . Le payement a était bien passé et j'ai reçu la confirmation du site pour le payement . Et qu'ils vont m'envoyer le billet après 24h . Après 24h ils m'ont envoyer un message pour me dire que le billet n'est pas abouti et que la compagnie a augmenté le prix . Et que je vais recevoir le remboursement dans 24h . Après 24h je n'est pas reçu encore le remboursement et la je suis obligé d'acheté le billet de nouveau et plus chère . Je vous conseille d'éviter absolument Alrehlat.com

Nous souhaitons vous expliquer que, au moment de l’émission des billets, nous n’avons malheureusement pas reçu de la compagnie aérienne la confirmation de la disponibilité des places sur le vol au tarif que vous aviez sélectionné. C’est pour cette raison que nous avons été contraints d’annuler votre réservation.

Concernant le paiement, nous tenons à vous rassurer : les fonds n’ont pas été débités par notre société. Ils ont uniquement été bloqués temporairement afin de vérifier la solvabilité de votre carte bancaire. Dès que nous avons constaté que l’émission des billets n’était pas possible, nous avons procédé le jour même au déblocage des fonds sur votre compte bancaire, et ceux-ci devraient déjà être visibles sur votre compte.

Si toutefois vous ne voyez toujours pas les fonds disponibles, nous vous invitons à contacter le service client de votre banque. Nous vous avons déjà envoyé par e-mail un document que vous pourrez présenter à votre banque afin de clarifier le statut de cette transaction.

6 months ago for a ticket they charged my credit card twice. I asked my bank and asked them to refund second payment. At first they told me ok but after 6 months they just refund 18€. The flight ticket was 370€. When I am speaking with them they told me this is because of thr airlines terms and conditions. I can't understand how it's possible charging people 370€ and refund 18€ euros after 6 months.

I am very disappointed with this flight…

I am very disappointed with this flight booking website. After booking, I found that the passenger details were incorrect, even though I entered them properly.

I sent several emails but received no response. The system even changed nationalities and assigned the same passport expiration date to all passengers, which is unacceptable.

Worse, they ask for extra fees to fix these errors, even though they are not my fault. Very poor service and no customer support.

You did answer my request, but since the expiry date was not mandatory, there were no asterix next to it, why did your system generates a random one ? this is wrong because for every data change I have to pay the fees, it was never mentionned earlier even by email when I had to change my passeport number, let me copy your answer which doesnt specify that there are fees to pay
