There are some lovely pieces in this shop but it is *very* expensive. This was a one off as I was buying a present for my daughters 30th birthday. I’d love to go back but these really are prices that don’t reflect the financial situation the majority of us find ourselves in these days.

Glad to hear that you like our merchandise but sorry you find it too expensive. Sadly there is nothing we can do about the rising costs, we try to keep our prices as low as we can

I came into the establishment purely to get both my suits dry cleaned. What happened next I couldn’t have imagined. I was welcomed by a great shop assistant named Alice. All the homeware was absolutely devine and as you can imagine I indulged. When I came home my wife was estatic. You know what they say happy wife happy life. Will be highly recommending this shop to all my friends and family.
Thank you Alice for a great experience.

Very disappointed to not receive a bag to carry my purchases. Goods nicely wrapped but I needed a bag. A paper bag should be an option.
Also I was asked to provide my email address for my receipt. I note I have been added to your distribution list despite not asking my permission to do so. Disappointing

Thanks for your comments, we will look to reinstate bags for customers who really want one. Regarding the mailing list, you should have been asked if you were happy to join, apologies if you weren’t. We will remove your details from our data base.
Lovely shop with a nice range but….
Lovely shop with a nice range of clothes jewellery and homewares. Sadly I find the staff dismissive, frosty and verging on rude. Why have a lovely high end establishment with staff who have no interest in customer service? I actually bought something and I was still treated rudely. Not impressed at all.

Hi Maria, thanks for your review and hope you are happy with your cushion!
Quick response to email - swift despatch.
Have popped into this lovely store in the past but it was good to be able to have something sent out as a visit in the near future wasn't doable. Postage and packing was more than some online companies charge but this is an independent business and the alternative of sourcing the body wash from France would have cost three times more in postage so factoring this in I was very happy to source my product locally. Prompt response to email query and superfast despatch. Items well packed.
