Al's Taping Tools & Spray Equipment Reviews 

Unfortunately, the post office lost our shipment from Al's Taping Tools & Spray Equipment. I called after a week of the USPS showing the shipment as basically missing. Great customer support and very friendly on the phone. I hope they at least received their product back from the post office. I would recommend doing business with this company.

It didn’t take too long to receive the items I ordered, but it did feel a little sketchy in between waiting. I only received one strange looking email saying the order was placed and I’d be receiving an email with tracking. Never got that email.. I got an email on delivery day asking for my rating. I requested the tracking # and got a response very quick! And found out it was being delivered that day.
Also, the website is a little difficult to find things, but unique with the items I needed.

Never received order.

Shipping takes forever. It’s still not here.

The ordering process was easy. After placing the rider I received an email stating that I would receive another email with tracking info once it was shipped. We'll, I never received that email.

I purchased a Graco pair holes and material holes for a texture machine that on their website said came with an adapter but when I it arrived there was no adapter. I called and spoke to a guy I believe his name was Ben and he said the picture was posted on accident and would not honor the sale he said the $50 part he could not give to me. So I asked for my money back and I went to integrity supplies and Chuck was very helpful and the holes was $50 cheaper. They then kept giving me the runaround and would not return my phone calls when I asked for my refund it's been about a week and I still have not received my refund and no answers or calls as to when I would receive it. Would not recommend this company.

Never got a notice of shipping so I had to repeatedly call your company to find out the status of my order.

I haven’t received my package it’s lost in the mail. I needed this as soon as possible and now I’m waiting and waiting and still not receive my package.

Could not find trimtex locally and was able to order a kit from Al's. Easy order and fast free shipping.

My knives arrived fairly fast and in perfect condition. Usually you never know ordering online weather they will be stright or not.

The Website says label was created on 1/10/24. Estimated delivery date of 1/17/24, between 10:45 AM and 2:45 PM. Today is 1/17/24. 7 DAYS LATER and the tracking shows it hasn't even been picked up yet. No delivery or estimate of delivery after 8 days? Order placed on 1/10/24.

Well, you have a lot of stuff on backorder, but you still charge me for it. I also have never received any communication about when it will be in or when I will get it.

Cut out the middleman and buy directly from Al. I could buy direct from China but Al has the purchasing power to drive the China price down & he screens what he sells. Al has a low markup so,.. If you have been using a 4" & 10" knife for 20 years Al can help you explore the mechanical "assistants" he sells.
