Al's Taping Tools & Spray Equipment Reviews

Product as described. Just what I needed to keep tools protected. Was shipped right away and I could not be more satisfied with it.

I had left a bad review in the past for Al's taping tools because I felt as if they were blowing me off after trying to reach out to them and I'm here to say I was wrong and I deeply apologize to the staff of Als. I found the invoice that showed part of my order was on back order, I am sorry. BUT Al's even went further, I had forgotten about that order and low and behold I received a package at the front door with the entire order! They sent the back ordered piece plus the rest of the set. Guys if I'm ever up in Minnesota I owe you lunch!

half my order came immediately, and the parts I really needed I kept waiting for... Never came, so finally a week later I called and they told me it was delivered. I let them know I only got half my order, so after sitting on hold, they said i should get it next week...

When I ordered my plaster gun I noticed on my email there must of been a mistake. I called the company and the gentleman that answered found out that they caught it on their side was immediately resolved and I still got me tool on the time they mentioned at ordering time. thank you for your help!

I received the wrongs parts order parts and didn't receive everything

Los productos son de calidad y llegaron en el tiempo estimado

I found what I needed very easily and the ordering process was quick and the tools were here before the estimated time

The order was delivered on time but one item was messing and I made a call and they said they were putting it in the mail that day and I told him that I got a extra item they told me not worry about it.

They had the part I was looking for. Shipping was extremely expensive

I called into Al's to get a Northstar gooseneck. The lady whom answered told me they don't sell those there. I looked online and they had them in stock. I bought it and called back immediately. After I told her they sell them online, she told me I'd be waiting a while. After a brief exchange, she decided to actually go and look on the shelves. Sure enough, they had several in stock. Imagine if she would've just initially looked.

Everything got delivered exactly as I ordered and right on time

Fast shipping I want to buy whole set thanks
