They are definitely scammers, wrong advertising online, ask for refund and they will not refund it. Also follow up system is by using fake name Alex Edwards (Cherry) will use that account to email back from China using their AI system to convert Chinese to English.

Complete scam and rip off. Sent me the wrong items in my order and refused a return or a refund. Company is a joke

I ordered a glucose monitor. I received a pulse oximeter which is not the same thing. When I complained to them, they said that they would refund me 10% of what I paid.. when I refuse that they offered me 15% claiming that regulations did not allow them to pay more. So I reported them for fraud to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card company.. the credit card company was able to charge back the amount to my account

ordered stickers for my truck, they sent the wrong ones, Wont resend and wont refund. Dont deal with these guys. Scam company.

Total scam. Stay away. They shipped a cheap ( wrong ) product and after 6 emails with them all they said they could give me a 10% refund then 15% then 20% and that was after all the emails. Long story I don't get refund or the product I ordered. total runaround they are total fraud. I should of did research on them and would of known they were a scam as per better business bureau

This product is cheaply made and extremely expensive for what you get. It took forever to receive and once I put it on the adhesive did not stick as it should have and the poorly designed plastic letters adhere to my truck. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this !

Bought a wallet and they sent me the wrong crap and now they're not refunding they suck do not buy anything from them.

After a long wait I recieved the wrong item they will only offer 15% refund which is illegal if I dont give bad review they blame supplier for wrong item and their policy is we dont resend correct item please dont get caught by this obviously scam company

Don't get scammed like I did! They sent me a cheap version of the item I bought. They even admitted as much blaming their supplier and still refused to refund my money. They offered a maximum 20% of my money back because "they would be losing money" yet I'm out 100% of my money.

I ordered two galaxy night lights that are supposed to have moving images. It has three static slides that go into a light and are very small in size. The projection is also very small. It took a month to arrive even though the return address says New York. It is not at all what they advertised. I should have listened to my card when it was declined the first time. Not worth your time and your money.

Easy returns? No, instead they want to offer you a 10% compensation.

Product- misleading description; not as described.

Shop again- Never! Just don't bother with it.

My worst purchase experience ever.
First: It took over 3 weeks to get it from a mainland Chinese company.

Second: False advertising - Instagram ad showed a cash pocket on the wallet. Invoice says money clip, and it has neither.

Third: Return policy not honored. I've been going back and forth with customer service; they started with an insulting 5% and most recently 20% for a product I can't use without the cash pocket, and I've requested a full refund... STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!

Ordered a wallet with purchase protection.
Took weeks to ship, then never received.
Shows delivered and no package.
Contacted the seller and they took their time to get back to me. Now I'm not able to use the protection
because the 7 day window passed.
They are offering me 10% back.
Unacceptable!
