Altwell Reviews

The customer service is fantastic! They were prompt in responding and correcting an issue with a shipment. I'm a huge fan of the products and the great customer service makes me like Altwell that much more.

My CBD oil was made over 18 months ago.
I want to return it for new batch of 3 bottles.
Freshness is only good for one year
Please do not send me any new orders until this problem is fixed.

Got my samples in a timely manner impressed with everything. Just want to make sure I respond well

It would appear that the sports balm worked the best for my aches and pain. The lotion I'm not so sure, being kind of thin. will also think about trying the gummies again to see how well they do for sleep assist. Overall I'm impressed with these products.

The website is extremely easy to navigate and the product is amazing! I am new to CBD and will never look back!

So far this stuff is awesome.. Sleeping better. Need to use longer before I can give 5 stars its a little pricey but if it helps with moods and joint pain I will give 5 stars and be a returning costumer. So far I'm Impressed!

Prompt shipping and killer packaging. Everything was sent very securely and the branding is attractive. They sent a hat (which I wear and love) and a note too! The gummies are tasty, have no aftertaste and work like a charm. They’re helping me to stay asleep and I wake with zero drowsiness. 10/10, Altwell!

Amazing product! Thank you! It’s been integrated into my daily routine now and has helped take the everyday stress edge off.

The response from customer support was immediate and world-class! I will now be happy to order from them again.

Great job!

If an item is out of stock, I expect to be notified before I place an order. Additionally, I do not expect to receive a notification that my "Order is on the way" only to have a follow up email offer a substitute item.

First and last order with this company.

Fast Shipping. Received a small sample of another product with my order. Very nice surprise. I have not yet tried the gummies. The tincture honey ginger flavored is better than I thought it was going to be. I got it to put in my tea, but i can use it just fine without it. Didnt take full does amounts yet, being a first time cbd user I wasnt sure how I would react. I havent noticed a difference. BUT like I said I was not taking the full dose. I do suggest that you wait a week or so until customers have a chance to use the product before you send a rating/review email. I have high hopes for this product for my anxiety and if it is helping I will gladly be a long term customer.

The cbd world is pretty confusing. But this company is pretty straightforward. Everything I ha e tried is good. The samples helped me figure out what I needed. Tbanks

I love the gummies. They help me relax and sleep.

Really great products that increase my recovery substantially on days I take them. I've been using the sleep & balance products and notice a significant increase in the quality of deep sleep I get, calming and reduction in neck & back aches.

I was introduced to Altwell last summer. Since then I have used the Facial Serum daily and my skin has never looked better. It somehow managed to rid my skin of acne which is something I’ve battled for the last 10 years. It makes my skin also very soft and supple. I’m also a huge fan of both the Restful Sleep gummies and Balance gummies - they really help to call my mind and are super beneficial for people with anxiety. The sports stick and the sports balm are also awesome for after workout soreness!!

I get so many compliments on this hat and then I can rave about the Altwell products!

I am supposed to have surgery on my thumb joint. As much as I resist it is affecting my daily life. I decided to try the CBD cream. I am blown away at how effective it is!

Superior customer service! I cannot say enough about their responsiveness! Great job 😊

Excellent service! Easy ordering and great products!

VERY GOOD PRODUCTS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. HOWARD AVERY

This was my first ever order of CBD oil and I am really happy with my purchase. I know that ALTWELL is a safe brand. I especially like the taste of the Lemongrass tincture! I will continue to buy from them.
