No matter what this company says, do not trust them. They pose as if they are great travel planner, but they actually are not only absolute disgusting travel planner, they actually put our life in danger, wasted huge amount of our money and wasted too much of our time to ruin our vacation pleasures. Don't go with them. Find someone else.

We have traveled with Aludi Travel on multiple occasions, including unforgettable trips to Ecuador and Chile, and each experience has been exceptional.

What stands out the most is their outstanding organization and attention to detail. Every aspect of our journeys, from flights and accommodations to transfers and excursions, was carefully planned and flawlessly executed. We never had to worry about logistics, allowing us to fully enjoy each destination.

The team was always responsive, professional, and available whenever we needed assistance. Their local knowledge and personalized service made our trips even more memorable.

We highly recommend Aludi Travel to anyone looking for a reliable, well-organized, and high-quality travel experience in South America. We look forward to traveling with them again in the future!

From the very beginning, this three weeks trip to Peru was nothing short of perfect.

I had a very clear vision of what I wanted—specific experiences, meaningful cultural connections, incredible food, unique hotels, and a well-balanced itinerary.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned. From my arrival flights to each hotel, activity, and transfer, everything was seamless and perfectly timed. There was no wasted time—meals, excursions, and free moments for personal exploration were all beautifully integrated into a fluid and stress-free schedule. So much to visit and it was all done in a “no rush” visits and activities. Perfectly timed and organized.

Each region—Chiclayo, Trujillo, all the Sacred Valley, Cusco, Puno, and Lima—was handled with exceptional care. The local agencies selected in every destination were outstanding. The guides were knowledgeable and passionate, the drivers were professional and reliable, and the overall coordination was flawless.

The hotels were exactly what I had hoped for—beautiful, well-located, and full of character. The culinary experiences were also a highlight: carefully chosen restaurants, cooking classes, gourmet moments, and even a fun and memorable Pisco Sour class!

The train journeys were unforgettable—from the Vistadome to Aguas Calientes and the luxurious train from Cusco to Puno—each one was an experience in itself.

What made this journey truly special was how personal it felt. It was very important for me to reconnect with my culture, history, and sense of adventure—and this trip allowed me to do exactly that in the most meaningful and enjoyable way.

I can confidently say this was the best and most perfectly organized trip I have ever taken.

Very disappointing experience with Aludi Travel. They did not deliver what was promised or what I paid for. What makes it worse is that their price was more than 50% higher than other agencies offering similar tours.

When I contacted them to complain and ask for a solution, they never seriously responded and made no effort to resolve the issue.

I’m writing this to warn other travelers: be very careful before booking. I will never use Aludi Travel again and recommend comparing other agencies first.

Aludi made our trip to Peru extra memorable and the entire experience was wonderful. Every day-trip that was planned for us, every accommodation and transportation booking, every guide we had, everything we learned, every meal... all were fantastic and we had absolutely the best time. Thank you Aludi and the team there for making our Peru trip perfect - we couldn't have done it ourselves! Aludi is the best!

Aludi very professional and communication was fast, consistent, and the team was always available. The price was worth the experience and level of service they provided. Every car was on time, every guide was on-time and knowledgeable and friendly, every hotel or train arranged was 5-star and top-notch, and our itinerary was clearly outlined and agreed upon. You can rely on Aludi for your travel needs - they are the real deal!

Aludi provided an excellent, custom, stress free vacation to Peru - Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley. I did a lot of research into various tour operators - large international ones and some Peru ones. I narrowed it down to Exoticca and Aludi. Exoticca was the cheapest, but Celeste went through day by day to highlight differences. Some were - better hotels, more ruins in Sacred Valley tour, custom modifications and most importantly was private transfers. Delayed bags are common for connections to Lima. Our bags did not make it and we were in the airport for over an hour. If we booked with a large tour operator, we would have held up the entire bus. Or vice versa, if anyone had a delay, the entire bus is delayed. The benefits of Aludi outweighed the cost.
Aludi provided a seamless trip. At every point someone was there to take us where we needed to go.

With a large tour operator, you can upgrade hotels, but it's all or none. With Aludi, I was able to pick and choose any upgrades - I upgraded in Lima. I would recommend 4* in Cusco. The hotels Aludi picked for Machu and Sacred Valley were amazing - I'm glad I did not spend money for an upgrade. All packages include breakfast.

A standard Peru trip includes Lake Titicaca. A 10hr bus ride - no option with a large operator. Aludi offered a train, but the cost/benefit was not there for me, so I opted to exclude Titicaca and go to Machu Picchu a 2nd day. This is not possible with a large tour operator. You must take their itinerary.

In Cusco, the hotel had me checking out a day early. I called Aludi's 24hrs hotline for Luiz - they have a dedicated person vs a call center for a large tour operator. After I identified myself, Luiz knew who I was - "your in Cusco". I told him the issue and he called back in 5 minutes with the issue resolved. A large call centre would have taken more than 5 minutes to log the problem to hand off to someone else to fix. When I came back from my tour, the hotel said everything has been taken care of.

Another issue was Latam cancelled a flight to Cusco and put me on a late afternoon flight. I notified Celeste and she put me on a morning flight in minutes. I wanted as much time to adjust to the altitude as possible.

In hindsight, there was no way I could have organized this to anything close to what Aludi did. I would have wasted time figuring out where to go.

Aludi also provided a detailed pre trip info guide and entertainment guide.

Celeste provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. Even during the trip, she was available via Whatsapp. You can't get this personal service with a large tour operator.

I gave Aludi my cell number while in Peru and the night before each transfer, I received a call to confirm the pick up in the lobby of the hotel.

I had an excellent experience planning my trip with Aludi Travel! Celeste was amazing! She is so kind, knowledgeable, and organized, which made putting together our trip to Peru a breeze! My husband and I highly recommend using Aludi Travel, as well as recommend working with Celeste. Can’t wait to plan another trip to South America!

We are so happy to have picked Aludi Travel to plan my wife´s bday present It was an incredible trip and, frankly, I wouldn’t change a thing. We had perfect weather throughout (and admittedly got a little lucky at both the salt flats and Machu Picchu), the guides were fantastic, the hotels far exceeded expectations and the itinerary was incredible!!!

Travel during COVID could be a bit stressful, but your team was flexible with us all the time and helped manage it. The team’s quick reaction to get us a COVID test at the Cusco hotel on short notice was very impressive.
