The exercise is so eye opening and makes someone to think deep and fast, it helps refresh the brain and answer questions about yourself which is later used to evaluate the strengths and weakness. This helps someone to know the areas they must improve on.
Overall, Its a very good experiance.

I liked that the logic test difficulty was customized, so it wasn't too long (it automatically mostly gave questions of the appropriate difficulty).

I don't like the ide of using personality and logic tests for judging prospective employees, but i also don't like the other ways employers judge, so i guess i can't complain.

UX and Testinstructions is clear and pedagogical to understand the teststeps. The both tests personality and Logic are good measurement to reflect over myself.

The personality test really helped me take a deeper look into the kind of person I am.

ALVA was a genuinely well designed and enjoyable assessment experience. The platform is intuitive, the instructions are clear, and the pacing feels respectful of the candidate’s time. The logic section is structured in a way that tests real complicated problem-solving ability on pattern recognition, and fast decision-making under time constraints.
It encouraged honest answers and gave the impression of being built to understand how someone actually operates in a professional environment.
ALVA LABS comes across as a modern, thoughtful tool that helps match candidates to roles in a fair and meaningful way. For a position like Garment Technologist, where precision, structured thinking, collaboration, and accountability matter, it felt particularly relevant and appropriate. All clever companies should use this advance system of logic test.

I have undertaken much longer psychologist-led personality and logical reasoning tests a few times in my life. These tests produced results that were NOT in line with those, presumably more reliable, tests. The personality assessment picked up on the strongest tendencies (accurate), but produced close to the average results for the rest of the metrics (not so accurate). The logical reasoning test result was close to average, while I have consistently tested into the highest percentile in previous tests (again, not accurate).

I wonder how reliable a test with only 20 questions can be compared to the standard batteries that are around 100 or more? I feel like these test batteries skimp on quality to make a product that is maximally easy to use. Perhaps in order to market these tests to industries and positions where full-scale tests aren’t very useful… but perhaps one ought to question where a lite version is.

I hate how this test is used and it's seemingly pointless. It's hard to determine how "logical" somebody is based on a 20 minute test. When they do IQ tests for example it usually lasts longer. Not to mention it's done in person and the person that gave you the test can take notes of things you can't take note of digitally. Not to mention this service is used for employees trying to work in a store. What matters the most when working in a store is how you interact with customers (speaking from experience). I can't even imagine how many qualified people haven't gotten hired at beginer jobs because they didn't get a high enough score on a shein IQ tests. I didn't have any personal problems with the personality test. We go to school so people can check how qualifed we are. This is time wasting at its finest

It has been a very interesting test both the logic and the personality one. I liked it because obviously it was difficult but clear and intelligent at the same time. I checked the results and they match completely my character, skills and attitudes

The personality test is good and provides competitive result. Whereas, the logical test is much harder than expected. The software needs to show how harder it would be. So, the candidate prepare well for the test by external sources and then appears for test.
