It's my first experience ever, I'm so happy, I received my visa within 5 days, I really appreciate team work. I recommend to all of you please must try. Thank you so much 👍

Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service!

My wife needed an appointment for a French visa. They booked the appointment and took 85£, but put in the WRONG CATEGORY.

We had to travel from Birmingham to Manchester and it was just a waste of time & fuel, as we were told by TLSContact that the category is wrong and we will have to book again.

Their customer service is pathetic. You will literally beg them to contact you but they won’t even pick your call.

It seems they only give you customer service when you purchase the full package from them, otherwise they treat you like garbage.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I don’t know why there are so many positive reviews here, mine was definitely the worst experience.

Please stay away from them. They just want your money, and then they disappear.

Bunch of crooks!
