Very Disappointed With AMarkets Withdrawal Support – Account 4143099
I have been using AMarkets for the last 1–2 months and initially had a good experience. I was able to make enough profit through trading, but when it came time to withdraw my funds, I faced a serious problem.
My AMarkets account number is 4143099.
Before requesting a withdrawal, I contacted AMarkets customer support multiple times because I was concerned that receiving withdrawal funds in my Indian bank account might cause my bank account to be blocked. I was clearly told that there had not been such a case with AMarkets and that I should not face any issue. I was also told that if my bank account was blocked because of an AMarkets withdrawal, I would be allowed to withdraw my funds through cryptocurrency instead. I have screenshots of these conversations.
Based on this information, I made a small withdrawal. The withdrawal was processed successfully and the money was credited to my bank account. However, my bank account was blocked immediately after receiving the funds.
Since I no longer have that bank account available for further withdrawals, I contacted AMarkets again and requested to withdraw my remaining funds in cryptocurrency, exactly as their customer support had previously told me would be possible in such a situation.
They asked me for proof, and I provided everything requested, including the bank’s email regarding the account block and my bank statement. However, for the past four days, I have only been told that my case has been “forwarded to the relevant team” and is being handled “on priority.”
The most frustrating part is that whenever I contact support, I am repeatedly asked to provide the same documents and explain the entire situation again. It seems like my issue cannot be properly tracked on their side.
At the moment, I am unable to withdraw my remaining funds through my bank account, and I am also not being given the cryptocurrency withdrawal option that I was previously told would be available in this situation.
I sincerely hope AMarkets resolves this issue as soon as possible. I have all the screenshots and documents related to my communication with their support team.
Also i am posting a video about this experience on youtube. Let people know how this Amarket support works , i have every screenshots of chat.
I will update this review once my issue is resolved.

The documents you provided required additional verification, which took some time. Once the review was completed, your request to withdraw via cryptocurrency was approved. Going forward, crypto withdrawals are available provided that further deposits are also made via cryptocurrency.
We also decided to compensate you for the amount that was held by your bank, so these funds are now available for withdrawal via cryptocurrency.
