What went wrong, well I ordered one of your necklaces for my wife well about 8 to 10 weeks ago and am still waiting, all I get from you is it's in transit, well how about re- embembersing my money because I have been quite patient but now am cheesed off waiting, l would urge anybody thinking of using this company to think again

Did not get what I ordered said it was delivered when I was checking daily. I checked next day and it changed completely to say it was delivered to the towns delivery station. In USA dont have those lol not even going to try to dispute it but i think they sold my payment info too

Ordered a necklace for my daughter and didn't hear anything from them for a week. Told them to refund me and they responded with the billing address was incorrect. Total lie because I still have the confirmation info. Told them I will be filling a dispute and now they won't respond

The jewellery looked so good and of great quality.
When I received the item it looked absolutely cheap and nasty, there’s no way I could give this to my friend. When I I ask for for a refund, their customer Customer Service kept me going back-and-forth-forth for days and finally offered me a 30% refund and made me feel that I had to be grateful to be getting the 30% refund. Mark my words keep away from this company they are not professional!!!

Very disappointed to received the item very damaged and broken. It was a gift for my step son’s birthday and I cannot give it to him the state it has been left in.
Emailed the company as stated on their website and no acknowledgment from them what so ever!!

Do not buy from them you will never get it but they have your money and not give it back.. con..

0/10 never received my item placed an order had issues with the order from day one recieved delivery updates told by courier service my delivery was lost. Eventually received a picture outside of my address from courier holding my parcel but where is it then it was small enough to be posted but wasn't no one knocked even though my partner was home at the time. Checked outside my property it wasn't there checked my safe place which is my recommended place to leave it it wasn't there. Checked with neighbours and no one had recieved it so where is it then and why wasn't it posted or left in my safe place why are you sending me a picture outside my property and telling me that's proof of delivery when we didn't recieve it. Stay away from this company no interest in solving my issue checking where my parcel is i want a refund not dealing with the same problem again.

Complete liars a made a order of a necklace that comes with gift box and are sending me just necklace with no box i complained but said they can do nothing but to go to a jeweler and buy one at my expence when i have already said these scammers for it

Trading company stay well away

I placed my order for a small bracelet 3 or 4 days ago. While typing this review I finally received a tracking number. However when I enter the tracking number in this very weird tracking page, I receive a message "NO DATA FOUND".
What's going on here? Should I challenge this purchase with my bank?

I have an order placed and haven’t heard a word since your confirmation email. Worries me as most times I hear from places several times after any order. Do you send updates on your orders process?

The order took way too long to srrive, other than that we're happy with the experience.
