Too expensive! I brought one of their units 3 years ago, factoring in the price that I could afford for the replacement filters, each year the filter packs go up so much, over £200 for a years supply and that's on offer! Once you have brought the unit your trapped into having to spend out every year on their extortionate filters. Wish I'd shopped around more, there's better units that are cheaper and with much cheaper filter replacements out there, don't waste your money!

Wish i looked at reviews before purchasing...a complete dishonest pricing structure, this company have 'VIP affliate links' meaning depending upon which link you choose depends on the price you pay - looking at other reviews they clearly dont give a ... about their 'customers.' I did send an email to say this is not a transparent pricing policy to have, no reply clearly dont care. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’m writing this review after a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with Amazing Air — a company I initially trusted enough to purchase two of their air purifiers and multiple filters.

Back in April, I purchased four replacement filters, knowing I’d need them soon. Life got busy, and it wasn’t until now — July — that I went to install them, only to realize I had ordered the wrong size. It was an honest mistake, and I reached out kindly asking if I could return the unopened filters for a refund so I could purchase the correct ones. Given how expensive these products are, I thought this was a reasonable request.

I waited over two weeks for a response, only to receive a robotic, unempathetic reply stating that since I was beyond their 30-day return policy, they couldn’t help. No exceptions. No flexibility. No goodwill gesture for a loyal customer.

I replied again, expressing my disappointment and asking to escalate the issue. Their final response was equally dismissive — citing a system update for the delayed reply, yet still doubling down on their refusal to support me. Their reasoning: they need to “be fair to all customers.”

But here’s the thing — being fair isn’t about treating everyone identically, it’s about treating people with consideration, context, and basic decency. I wasn’t trying to scam the system. I was a repeat customer trying to buy the correct products and continue using their devices.

Instead, I’ve been left with four useless filters, two non-functioning air purifiers, and zero confidence in Amazing Air's customer service or values. They’ve lost a loyal customer, not because of a policy — but because of their failure to act like humans behind that policy.

My 3500 broke after 1 month. I waited on hold for min 30 minutes to get an agent to help over the phone. They tell me they can't help and to send an email to someone who can, and someone will respond in 24 hours. I asked to hold for a manager and they said "no they're in meetings". I emailed and no response after 24 hours. I'm on hold again on the phone and have emailed again. Can't get through to anyone and these wait times are unacceptable for CS phone number. Really appalling customer service for a faulty item that is under warranty and that needs to be fixed. I wouldn't buy with them again because of this and am now likely out several hundred £s because they won't pick up the phone to fix my item / honour the warranty :(

I orderd an amazing Air a year ago.
It works fine but now after a year I wanted another air filter for other rooms and I did more research this time. I learned that amazing Air is totally OVERPRICED. The value of the product is 100-200€ and I paid 500€!! Also the exchanges filter are so high priced that it is even cheaper to get a new similar device from another company. I recommend you to buy from other companys. This one does incredible cash grap!

Ordered an Amazing Air but the fan was to loud so returned items under the 30 day try guarantee.Contacted the company and they provided the return numbers and full instructions to return at my expense which i new about and agreed. Item returned and signed for, all good so far, but then emails and contact not received trying to get the refund paid, after several failed attemps to get my refund, i had to file a dispute case with PAYPAL to finally get my refund which was credited back to my account today. Shame on you for not refunding as you were required to do. shocking service

My experience with Amazing Air has been nothing short of distressing and disheartening. After placing an order for an air purifier, I realized that an advertised discount of £220 was not applied. I promptly contacted customer service to rectify this issue and was assured that my order was cancelled. However, this turned out to be untrue, as I was later informed that the order was already sent to the courier.

The dishonesty did not end there. Despite my clear communication that I did not accept the delivery, the item was left outside my home. Amazing Air now falsely claims that I have received the item just because it is outside my door, even though I have not brought it into my property.

This blatant dishonesty and inability to effectively manage orders and address customer concerns are unacceptable. I am now burdened with the task of resolving a situation that should have been avoided in the first place, with Amazing Air showing no accountability for their mistakes and misinformation.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Amazing Air’s service and feel compelled to share my experience so that potential customers are aware of the potential issues they may encounter. I am now left seeking a full refund for a product I never intended to receive, due to a discount that was not honored, and dealing with false claims about my order and delivery status.

In the latest turn of events, Amazing Air is now refusing to issue a refund for the unaccepted and unwanted product. Despite their errors and misinformation, they have not taken the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I am now compelled to seek a refund through my bank, adding another layer of inconvenience to this already exasperating experience. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Amazing Air, and I strongly advise potential buyers to consider other more reliable and honest alternatives.

Be wary when considering a purchase from Amazing Air. Their service has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and dishonest, making any potential transaction a risky endeavor.
