Same delivery problems over and over, no resolution
Customer service is becoming increasing difficult to even con tact without going through a set of AI-like questions that repeatedly lead to dead ends with no answers to ones question>
When you do get ahold of a rep, he or she is usually polite and may help resolve an issue. Or at least possibly get the ball rolling.
The biggest problem is Amazon Delivery repeatedly and often delivering packages to a different address. It can take days to get resolved. Once they delivered a Mac to the wrong address and after an online battle (for that much money they were much less helpful) and a the next day the computer suddenly appeared unsecured/unattended and unannounced in the building entrance lobby.
No other of the major delivery services have these problems, only Amazon.
Although every time the reps assure me (and my wife) that the problem will be forwarded to Amazon Delivery to ensure it never happens again. hen a short time later, it happens again and the whole mess starts over.
I recall, year ago, when Amazon had good customer service. They have obviously gotten too be and no longer care at all.
