it was an up hill battle and they did know English. they used the wrong manuscript, not the final revision. they even messed that one up.
DON'T USE THEM

AKDP ended a bad situation with my book in an exemplary manner. Their customer relations people switched the original company and directly sent my book to a reliable publisher who got the project completed. AKDP assigned my book to a company that had twelve complaints. I suffered through five grueling months of hellish problems with the original publishing company. Upset with AKDP I learned it was their ghastly vendor who was giving them a bad name. When AKDP assigns a book to an irreputable company you do not know who they are because your sales receipts only say, "AmazonKindleDirect Publisher." AKDP is hurting their own reputation when sending authors to irresponsible publishers. AKDP needs to verify and authenticate their vendors carefully and not send people who trust them to potentially harmful situations. AKDP customer relations worked with me and finally fixed my experience to my satisfaction.

My first inquiring and the I received poor /online representation they stated there were some misspell words and errors in the manuscript in addition, Turned out to be a lie .Next minute they approved the book and kept begging for money up front in addition, Without giving me no breakdown on anything. I am longer interested and refused to be disrespected by anyone and unprofessionalism.

I worked with this company to get my book published. I am having issues with the copyright and they are no where to be found. I have tried contacting them and the email comes back. I can no longer find the website either for another contact.

I paid $1499 to have the copyright taken care of only to find out that I could have done it myself for only the filing fee. This company was not very clear about their process either. As a first time publisher, I was very nieve in this. Won't be using them again, even if I could find them.
