I have not noticed really any decrease in the amount of hot flashes I have - it's still about 1 an hour. At night I have one before I go to sleep and early morning. I think I've gotten to the point where I don't wake up in the middle of the night if I'm experiencing them because I'm too exhausted.

I would not recommend Amberen but I will continue to finish the supply I have in case there's a break through after 3 months.

This product has helped me...My hot flashes and mood swings were out of control...Amberen saved me...Best product out there...I gained a lot of weight and have taken off thirteen of the twenty. It works, and I tried everything.

Well, I ran out of Amberen 2 weeks ago and honestly have not had a good night's sleep since! I go to sleep okay but wake up between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m., and cannot go back to sleep. I thought I could do without Amberen but it is obvious to me that Amberen has been helping me to sleep peacefully through the night. AND my hot flashes are worse too. I am therefore ordering my 3 month supply TODAY!

I found the best fix for all the bad stuffod your symptons from that.(menopause)..you can get a free months sample and pay for two months but if the one month doesn't work, just send back the two you pay for..full money back ..But you won't send back the two months cause by the end of the first month, your worst hot and cold sweats will be gone or almont gone..your moods get back to normal and your sex drive is like it was when you were 28? 30? 35? oh it's so great and now no young kids around to kill the moment with your guy..I always tell frends or strangers about this product, even someone I met in an elevator one day...

Amberen is everything it claims to be! It has taken care of all of my menopause symptoms. I feel normal again. I am able to sleep, I have no hot flashes at all, mood swings are a thing of the past, and to my husband's delight, my libido is back! I find that I need to take Amberen all the time, though. Apparently, my body is not able to hold the correct levels of amino acids when I am off of the Amberen so I do not take a break. I recommend Amberen to any of my friends who are having similar menopause symptoms. I also told my ob/gyn doctor about it. She was very interested to hear about it and how I was feeling. Amberen has helped me sleep better, essentially extinguished my hot flashes and made me feel much better overall.

Have been talking for a month now, just started my second and the night sweats have significantly decreased. The mood swings aren't as frequent and noticeable and I'm actually bearable to around! I haven't seen any help with the insomnia or weight control yet though which is disappointing. Guess this is the middle aged me. Planning on continuing take for another few months to see if things continue to improve. .

I must admit I was skeptical at first but after using the product for 90 days, I noticed a remarkable difference, I am able to sleep at night without waking up soaking wet, the hot flashes are almost completely gone, and for some reason I don't feel a bloated.

Well, I didn't lose any weight taking Amberen. They told me since some of my symptoms didn't change to start taking it twice a day. Depression got really bad. I'm done with them now, and have gone back to my old, over the counter, medicine. Feeling much better now, thank you.
Wish it could have worked. I really need to lose about 30 lbs.

At first, AMBEREN was doing exactly as promised. Now, after taking AMBEREN for a little over 4 months, my hot flashes have returned ~ with a vengeance! Not good!

I have been taking Amberen for over a year and feel much better than before taking it. It really works some might have to take two morning or in the evening. just depends on what works for you, ENJOY the relief.
