The customer service was excellent especially Caroline Beech who made me feel very comfortable with Amcare everything that Caroline promised happened and the delivery was very efficient I will certainly place any future prescriptions with Amcare.

Amcare have knowledge of other products that I didn’t even know existed. You encourage and explained to me how the different products from the one I was use too. You told me about alternative brands products and which item sounded best for my ileostomy. You never once pushed one particular product. You sent me samples of other products without prejudice or judgement. Even if I didn’t like them. You informed me of complementary items. I never new was complementary. All the staff are friendly helpful and very respectful. I am so glad I changed from Fittelworth to Amcare. Thank you with all My heart and my mental health. Knowing the 24hour contact 365 days a year that I can get an urgent supply at short notice. This is such a relief. Friendly and efficient service: actually feel its personalised to me. Ive been with 6 companies in 10 years of having a stoma; this one is easily head and shoulders above the others!

I have joined amcare group for my products and they are fantastic, I received load of welcome gift, they gave me a king size mattress protector. Bag with siccorrs and mirror .they supply mats so you can lay them on your lap and lots more. They phone me up every month to see if I am OK and go check if I need any thing. I would recommend amcare to every one, I have had my stoma a long time and had companies that do not deliver on time left out side in the rain , AMCARE OR FANTASTIC you have a problem they help. Absolute gem of a company. Friendly, reliable. customer service is second to none.
Since things changed and I have to go through my GP for prescription requests, service is still first class. Personal telephone calls to me show I’ve not been forgotten.
