I had a very bad experience. I was tempted by the very low offer ($750 for a round-trip shipping from California to Illinois) and thought that since I signed a contract 2 months in advance it was locked in. The car pickup was delayed 3 times, leading us to completely scramble to find a safe place for our car since we were leaving on flights. The car occupied a friend's garage for more than a week and meanwhile I called American Carship daily. Then at the literal 11th hour, less than an hour before the car was supposed to be picked up, I was told it would be an additional $2,000 to pick up the car. This feels like it took years off my life. Do not recommend.

Wish I could zero stars…….The company is very dishonest and Michael Taylor does not keep his word. I booked them and provided a $200 deposit. I cancelled my booking and my Michael tried to say I was not allowed a refund due to one other terms that you can not book with another broker. I never gave him a reason other than I changed my mind. For several weeks he kept saying a refund was processed, even provided bogus receipts via email and still three weeks later no refund. I am going to contact owner and look into other options to ensure I receive my refund since I do have email emails and receipts stating I am owed one. This is not how you treat customers.

Do not Use!

I contracted with American Carship on 1 Apr 26( no pun), They took $150 deposit. They did not meet the shipping day ( 2-3Apr)and could not provide a confirmed shipper 5- & not 10days later. I demanded refund per contract , and they refused refund .

This place has a history ( reddit and google) of not fulfilling their agreements and trying to rip -off people.

Michael Taylor was a great contact. he was very knowledgeable and patient.
He asked questions other carriers did not. He followed up when new information was available. He quoted a price and stood y it upon delivery. I would deal with him again.

Once the car was loaded it arrived very quickly. Drivers are very helpful and easy to deal with.
