The initial call is always wonderful. They offer you the world and beautiful things but after you signed all disappeared. This company actually waits until the last minute to settle, in the mean time you credit get worse and worse. Also they keep asking you for more money every month. When you call, the agents argue with you instead of helping you. What can I say, this is terrible company to work with. Just look at the BBB and see that all customer experience the same issue.

I worked with Steve Ingraham, he was very knowledgeable about what I was going through, and worked very hard to get me set up with ACCS to help with my bills. He set up s program for me that will help me live a better life, with being able to pay all my bills. He was so understanding about what I am going through. He explained everything to me in detail and was a great help.

I have been with ACCS for over 2 yrs. My monthly payment is $450. I’m a 71 yr senior on a fixed income so needless to say it a struggle. I only have 8 months left & I will have completed the program early. This weekend to my surprise I was served paper saying one of my creditors Capitol One was suing me. I called ACCS to complain. Days later I received a call from ACCS and spoke to Marcus. My whole attitude changed after speaking with him. He was patient, kind, funny & a pleasure to talk to, I completely trust his knowledge & advice. He made the terrible experience of being sued tolerable and I could relate to him. Kudos to you Marcus. You are truly the best CS rep that I’ve spoken to @ ACCS. Thank you & GOD Bless you. 😊

Also if they call you asking to increase your monthly payments, deny them. Their six month “new start loan” bullshit restarts the moment you do it.
