This company damaged one of my boxes of strips when trying to remove my prescription label
They did the damage and refused to pay for their mistake also had to call to get my payment for other boxes.will not use them again.

TOTAL SCAM!!!.....I sent in all my supplies and they were in date by several months, some more than 10 months. They were sealed and in perfect condition. They said they needed to be dated 1 yr out They gave me nothing and they said if I wanted them back I had to pay return shipping!

I might be willing to change this review if I can ever get into contact with someone and actually get the promised payment. But this will be the first and LAST time I work with this company. I was promised payment on the day of receipt which did not happen, they don't do paypal payments but zelle payments. I have a zelle account through my bank, and had to finish setting it up. After trying to find out where my payment was, I finally got in touch with someone via email stating that they were doing me a "courtesy" for responding after hours and send me a jpg showing that the payment was sent but they are waiting for my acceptance of the payment. Issue is, I don't have ANY emails showing they sent a payment I have nothing in my zelle account stating that I have an incoming payment. NOTHING. Rather than actually trying to help me resolve the issue, they just went silent in the email conversations. Plus with what I sent them, I sent the wrong types of strips so they weren't going to pay me for those and actually wanted to charge me $5 to send me the strips back to me. Mind you that means they would be getting another item of my order for free. I wasn't doing that so just told them to keep the strips and send me the $80. I will be contacting them immediately on the phone tomorrow morning to get this corrected immediately. If it isn't I will be contacting the BBB about this company.

Sent in 10 Boxes of Contour Next Strips. My account says they never received them. This company is a scam.

I’ve tried many times to contact this company’s customer service. I’ve never been able to get through to a live person. I left a voice message with my phone number, but they never called me back. These are MAJOR RED FLAGS to me..

I placed an order. I told them I would send them 8 boxes of insulin pens. 4 in each box. I told them I was going to send them as well 6 boxes of free style Lebra Cgm, 2 boxes of Dexcom with 3 in each box. I received only a small box for all these orders. I did request a Usps label and boxes. But I just got one pre paid label and one small box for my whole order. I did call them. I spoke to a lady. She told me I have to pay for shipping that all they was going to give me. I did place in the usps with the prepaid label insulin. I then paid for priority mail Usps. It was 36.15. Of my own money. The order pay out was 440.00 I only received 80.00. I was ripped off. I called they told me they received all boxes and I verified the tracking numbers They received boxes on Monday June 8, 2020 at 8:41 am. They sent a payment through PayPal of 80.00 not 440.00! I did email them it went un answered. I called asked them why only 80.00? Was this one order at a time? what going on? I was told I need to talk to a manger. I left them my information. It been 3 days no answer. No called back. I did call back to speak to a manager. I was told he is out of the office today. I ask them about my order. They refused to answer. I told them. I want my stuff back. That they was not going to pay me. I also requested them to pay for their own shipping back to me bc I payed to send them my Items. They told me they was not going to do that.
So I got ripped off bc now they will sell my stuff for more then they told me I was going to get. They need to pay me 360.00 or send my stuff back. They are reselling my stuff. For 100 percent profit. Not paying customers for their medical supplies. Then turn around a reselling medical supplies. Then they pocket the money. This is a total scam. They need to be Audited by government, bureaus, agencies and departments to make sure they are running a legal operation. This business dose not seem to be. they did not pay me in full for all my orders. I got scammed and ripped off. Please do not use this company this is your warning!

Steve Anderson the owner is extremely rude to customers and posts absolutely appalling posts to them on Facebook. Please stay clear of this place as nobody this rude can honestly stay in business with such a poor attitude.

The best company to sell your strips to. Have sold to them twice have not had any problems what so ever. Any issues they always respond back fast never any excuses always great customer service and excellent business. other companies could use a few pointers from them.
