America's Crate Reviews 

This company owes my veteran owned business over $10,000 for goods that he has sent out 98% of according to his fulfillment warehouse. We are teetering on the edge of going under because we owe our co-packer several thousand dollars that we were supposed receive from America's Crate. The lack of response and zero communication have been mind blowing.

This company Is now a scam. It may "once upon a time" been legitimate but that is clearly no longer the case. I paid for a 3 month "plus" subscription in advance and received one mediocre box. There were 2 glasses( one of which was ok but the other was clearly 1 piece from a set of 4. meaning 3 other people have the rest of the set), Two 6 year old readers digest books( If i had any interest in them I would have purchased them already), and a car air freshener. The box came, it was nothing great but that's the risk with subscription boxes so i was looking forward to the next boxes to see if it got any better and if it would be worth continuing the subscription.
It has now been months and the 2nd and 3rd boxes never arrived and Americas Crate will not respond to emails or contact via facebook. I reached out to some of the companies on their website and have found out that they have not been paying them either. So this company claims to be supporting American Businesses but is in fact taking advantage of them (stealing from them) and scamming their paid subscribers.
Avoid them.

Do not get this crate. It’s a scam and any positive feedback is theirs. Paid $140 in January for a February shipment that never came. They said they would send out replacement. Sent $25 worth of air fresheners, a dip mix and field toothbrush. Said they forgot to ship two items, said they were out and had me pick replacements. Never shipped and they stopped responding to me a month ago. Huge scam with terrible customer service. Unfortunate they are using America in their name as they don’t have a hint of true American in them. Please don’t fall for their scam.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping with this company! From picking my crate to their amazing customer service, after I had received my crate I discovered one of the glasses had broken during delivery. I reached out to their customer service via email and very quickly had a response from a very helpful person named Kirsten, she was able to get me a replacement glass with no hassle! Thanks so much and I can't wait for my next box!

I did the 12 month prepay of over $1000 dollars and have not received nor heard from them after many emails, They don't have a phone number you can contact them with, Seems like a scam and I will let the card company deal with them to get my money back.

I signed up for the ultimate crate for $399. My card was charged and what arrived was a tiny box with 3 items. A leather sticker, a battery storage and some shears. Took almost 2 months to get a refund. They never said sorry. They never admitted their mistake and I canceled my subscription. That was December 2021. I received an email tonight that a crate is on its way. I have already emailed them 6 times. Only one response.

"I can confirm your subscription was effectively canceled and it will no longer renew.

This was the very last crate you were entitled to receive under your previous subscription, so after this you will no longer receive any additional crates from us.

If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please let me know."

I don't understand how I am entitled to anything after a canceled subscription.

Now I have to request a new CC just to be sure I won't be charged by them EVER again!!

Still waiting on my subscription box I paid for in December. Thanks for blocking comments on Facebook. You should be ashamed of your company. I have emailed customer service 7 times and had zero response. $168 down the drain for a gift for my husband.

I sent several email with no response. Never sent any product. Scam Beware!

America’s Crate has been awesome! Different, useful and unique stuff in every box. I would highly recommend signing up!

Subscription was renewed before having a chance to cancel. Kirsten went out of her way to work with me to get my subscription canceled and my account refunded. Thank you for all your help!!

Customer service is what makes any company great or not and Kristen helped us out completely. We really appreciate her time and making things right for us.

Kirsten was super professional and helpful with all of my questions and order issues. She followed up on shipping statuses when my order was delayed, and processed refunds when I made returns. Kirsten always answered my emails within 24 hours and was a pleasure to work with!

This is such a horribly sad scam. They will charge your card and not stop until you cancel your card! I have sent several emails and tried every way to contact them and have no response. I have cancelled my subscription SEVERAL TIMES! But they keep charging and sending these awful crates out. It’s so sad to use something that could be great to do something so bad. THIS IS SUCH A FRAUD!

I had a simple question about the shipping on the bonus crate we were receiving and I got a quick response from an actual person. They answered my question and offered to go above and beyond to work on getting a tracking number. Nice to hear from actual people that are friendly and helpful. Can't wait to get the crates!!!

I got varied and interesting things; like the glass with a bullet embedded in it and a drinking glass with George Washington on it. Packaging and delivery were great.

I have tried to reach out to this company three times now. They owe us a box and a replacement for a broken glass. They brag about the American business we will help, but they are giving themselves and all American owned businesses connected to this company a bad name! They do not care about helping people only taking their money. My husband serves this country and I am angry that the Fathers Day gift that was supposed to be honoring his sacrifice for us has turned to this. This company needs to take care of their customers or refund money and close.
