I bought a 3 month subscription as a Father's day/birthday present for my husband. It was a lot of fun to get the box! All sorts of neat, fun things. He really enjoyed it. And it was nice to support many different USA companies!

Best customer service I have ever received from any company! We so look forward to our box every month! I bought this subscription for my son and he loves it. It’s like Christmas every month for him ♥️ Thank you for all you do!!

I had a package damaged during shipping, once I reached out to America's Crate they responded quickly and said they would send me another crate at no charge. Great company to deal with and overall very happy with what I have received.

Trial 3 month subscription for Father's Day gift. June box had hot sauce, a PINK insulated mug, something else that was crap. Don't even recall the crap trinkets in the other 2 boxes. It was a sad gift that I was sorry to have given!
Then apparently you get NO notice for auto renewal. I canceled it while pending & they refused to honor it. Bank involved. They told bank I didn't cancel in the "window" ----------- where/when is that??? There was NO notice.
Now in Aug it's a box of salt and vinegar popcorn, a highly generic small citronela candle, a knock off xacto knife and a tin of 2 sets of bicycle brand playing cards. There is NO way this box is over $15 of items...and I got charged $146 for this box and two more to come.
I thought I was doing a good thing -- support American companies. But hell to the no on getting swindled for trinkety crap.
Emailed customer service. Alex told me that they "order items months in advance" so subscriptions cannot be cancelled because then they would have extra product. But feel free to return the box at your own expense.
Honestly, can there be zero stars??

Love America's Crate! We receive the coolest American made products. They are unique, fun and useful. The customer service is also top of the line. Thanks Alex for your help!

My husband was so excited when he received his first crate. He is a Veteran and knowing that everything in the crate was produced from the country he loves was the best gift we could have given him.

I tried their service, and was satisfied and intrigued at first, but after a while, the products became cheaper, service became slower and a few items I did not ever receive, despite their claims. Boxes came in damaged, missing items. Company never followed up on their promises. They claim 100% satisfaction, but sadly that is not true. Closer to 15% satisfaction is all I can give them.
All I wanted is what I paid for. Never received any call,email, or support help to replace items missing,damaged, or otherwise not shipped.

They took my money and ran!

I feel like these reviews are BS. I get excited to get my box and then so disappointed when I open them. Garbage. Some of it is samples, when you average it out, it is $10 per item. My second box wasn't even worth $10. Very disappointed.

There is no “crate” it’s a regular box. Web site doesn’t have a lot of info on contents. Seems to be one mediocre item and a few cheaper items to promote a company. Worth it if ya wanna stock your “gift closet” with “Man” gifts!

I got this as a father's day gift for my husband. So far he has recieved 2 boxes. He loves opening them with our daughter and seeing what surprises they get. He has enjoyed everything he has gotten so far. There have been things that he has never seen before and is excited to try... and we love that everything is American Made! Keep up the good work! USA!

Alex's willingness to help resolve my issue, his professional yet friendly tone, and his prompt responses to my inquiry have all been a breath of fresh air. My dad loved his first crate (received for Father's Day), and I have loved my interactions with the company on a customer service level. 5-stars in my book!

So far we have only received one crate but we are hooked. The products are amazing and so well made. When I had questions about my order the team got back to me very quickly. The products and customer service from this company can’t be beat

I got four months of boxes for my husband for a Christmas present. He absolutely loved them. The contents were of great quality and we absolutely adore the Mr Rushmore President head pub glasses! A great subscription!

Customer Service surprised AND satisfied me in resolving this matter. After bringing my dissatisfaction to America's Crate's attention, they are issuing a full refund and honoring their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

America's crate was a great gift. For a year I got a nice selection of American made products. I recommend this for anyone who wants to experience how skilled and talented Americans are.

I enjoyed the variety of US-made goods. They represent the essence of Americana. I will likely renew for another year!

I’m so glad I made the decision to start getting America’s Crate subscription boxes. I always love seeing what American made awesomeness shows up. I love the fact that everything is made in the USA. It’s a great subscription box to be a part of.
