My experience with Am Golhar was nothing short of amazing. Am is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field and this was very apparent very early on in the process.

Everything was explained to me in a very clear and non complex manner. Am explained thoroughly how each element of my strategy development linked with each other and i could then see the overall thinking behind it all.

Am got me to think about my core values, what drives me, my underlying passion things i hadn't really thought about before.

She guided me through how to re-structure my social media accounts what i should be posting and why.

Everything was clearly explained to me and Am was always on hand for any questions or guidance.

My whole experience of working with Am was completely positive i have walked away with so much knowledge and clarity of how to take my business to the next level.

In December 2021 I was feeling slightly overwhelmed, lacking direction and my anxiety had kicked in which was affecting my sleep as well as struggling to get out of bed in the mornings. Signing up for four sessions with Am was the best thing I did! Her sessions have helped me to create routines (these had slipped during Covid and WFH) which has assisted me with creating good habits making me feel less anxious and more motivated. Am & myself deep dived by carrying out various exercises including exploring who I was as well as identifying my skills and experience helping me to explore my career options.

The sessions with Am made me realise that having someone to answer to on a weekly basis meant I was more likely to show up as she was holding me accountable. Also, Am was helping me to stretch myself and recognise my potential because two minds are more powerful than one. We get better results when we team up with awesome people!

Am is very approachable and I felt I was able to be myself, open and honest. She has a great way of getting the other person to think deeper without giving the answers!

I have stuck to what we discussed and am happy I took the sessions which has helped me to start 2022 on a positive note.

I will definitely consider working with Am again soon!

I was looking for someone to help me strategise my brand and marketing and came across Am. Am carried out a strategy session with me over a couple of weeks and helped me find the correct branding for myself, and also how to apply it within all social media and marketing platforms. I highly recommend Am if you are looking to strategise your brand and create awareness of the expertise in which you have!

Am was amazing ! Before the session I felt like I had a load of ideas on what direction I was taking my personal brand in but was struggling to piece it together. The session really helped me to get my key message nailed down. The session also covered positioning and about me which i've always struggled with this sort of stuff when writing my bio's or pitching myself. I definitely left the session with a much clearer sense of direction on what I want to achieve from my personal brand.

It was lovely to speak and listen to Am, she has a lot of experience and holds golden knowledge and people should learn from her!
