I can't say enough good things about this company. It makes the divorce process so much simpler and cost effective compared to paying solicitors to deal with an amicable divorce or separation.

We started out with instructing Amicable to apply for a financial order for our divorce, but due to the delay with getting a CETV of the pension, we switched to getting a separation agreement in the interim and Amicable was able to do this for us without any issues. The cost of getting the separation agreement was very cost effective and we were very happy with the service provided.

Customer service at Amicable is extremely good for a company that doesn't charge that much, compared to solicitors, where the level of response would be much slower.

The one small problem I found was when looking at uploaded documents, of which we had quite a few when sorting out financial side, was that it was hard to tell what was the latest version. This was bought up with a member of the team and they then dated any documents going forward.

Shreepali took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation by handling the legal process and translating it into laymans terms, whilst ensuring everything was done in a timely manner.
