Excellent Chatbot Builder!
We obtained aminos.ai to help our clients implement chatbots on their websites. Aminos is a great option for small businesses that need a smooth way engage web visitors.
This builder lets you use templates to start your journey, and you can share bots with the community! You can also build a bot from scratch. There are also additional applications that can help you design your entire bot workflow in one click, which you can then build. The developer is very receptive and is constantly updating the bot features.
The bot automatically enables convos to be sent via email, which is great for lead capture, has a hybrid AI mode to respond to inquiries about the site, and has great data tools.
My use case is for healthcare clients, and it’s great as a simple, customizable, attractive lead gen tool to help win prospective leads.

Aminos is stupid easy to use and to setup. I cannot belive how good this little bugger is compared to other chatbots. So happy I got it dirt cheap, too!

Great product with an even greater company
I’ve been using this software for a little over a months now, and to say I’ve been pleased would be a gross understatement. Not only is the software consistently evolving and improving, but the owner, team, and community have been incredibly supportive. If you’re looking to implement AI chatbots in your business, this is for sure the way to go!

A safe bet, great value.
Having been in the conversational marketing space for some time, I can say that Aminos is a safe bet. The workflow builder is intuitive, the bots customizable and responsive and they offer a lot of integrations and embed options. Kieran and the team are genuinely awesome.

Possibility to upload documents (PDF, Docx) to train the chatbots
The interface has to be more user-friendly. There are other chatbot platforms out there that are easier to use.
The most important thing from my point of view is adding an option that will let users upload documents (PDF or Docx) to train the chatbots in AI mode and even the possibility to train them with a website URL link.
Other than that, very good platform with an exellent quality/price ratio.

Thanks for the feedback, Cimi! We do think we're one of the easiest to use bot platforms out there, but I suppose it depends which mode, and which features you want to make use of. For simple bots, I think we have the fastest "time to market" with a simple lead gen bot which transitions into AI being able to be launched in <15 minutes. Feel free to reach out to me in the community and let me know what you think needs improving specifically and we'll see what we can make happen :-) also, I'm sure you probably know this from the community, but if not: our next major roadmap item is PDF & document training, as well as via URL, and is very nearly ready - so you'll have that soon!
