I placed an order worth more than €100 on May 29 and paid immediately.

Since then, I have received absolutely no update regarding my order. I have tried contacting AMK Karting through every available channel: email, SMS, phone calls, Instagram, and Facebook.

To date, I have not received a single response.

No reply, no explanation, no shipping confirmation, and no information whatsoever about the status of my order.

When a company takes payment for an order exceeding €100 and then becomes completely unreachable, it raises serious concerns about its reliability and customer service.

Perhaps my order will eventually arrive, but after weeks of silence and multiple unanswered attempts to make contact, I can only describe this experience as extremely disappointing.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before placing an order with this seller.

J'ai payé ma commande depuis octobre 2025, je n'ai jamais reçu le produit. Après de multiples appels téléphoniques et envois de mail, sans réponse.
On ne peut pas être remboursé.
Je ne recommande pas ce site.

Plusieurs commande effectuée sur ce site, Les délais sont parfois un peu plus long que chez les autres mais peut être est ce du au fait qu'il s'agit d'un petit independant.
Les produits sont de très bonne qualité et pour certain, introuvable ailleurs.
Je recommande a 100%

Placed an order on the 20th May 2025 and paid immediately (80+ euros), more than a month later I have still not received the ordered package. No answer on communication via e-mail, phone or Facebook. Removes Facebook messages afterwards.

Update: eventually I received a reply and my package was sent on the 24th of June. All goods were as described. Keeping a 2 star rating as at least there could have been a reply much earlier, which would in turn result in me accepting the long wait. Communication...
