Amo Group Reviews

You answered my questions fully, your representatives arrived both times when they said they would and were polite and helpful, the installers worked (as far as I could tell) quickly and well, the awnings themselves do what they said they would, and altogether the experience has been as easy and pleasant as possible. It's early days, so I haven't needed backup yet (hope never), but so far so excellent.

I Approached Amo to install an awning I had bought.
I was quickly given a quote and installation date.
The engineers arrived today, very promptly, they assembled the awning and fitted it to the outside wall.
The guys were very helpful nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent service thank you 😁

After lots of research we decided to go for a Markilux Awning. We then shopped around for the best price. Not only did AMO beat its competitors on price, it also exceeded all expectations in relation to customer service. Rachael and her time were fantastic. Great advice, wonderful communication and perfect workmanship by the installation team. Would have no hesitation in recommending AMO.

Great customer service and support. Always do a top job for us either commercially or residential.

The service from AMO from start to finish was superb. I could not fault a thing from survey, price, fitting and now using my beautiful patio awning. I have already recommended AMO to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thankyou!

We are absolutely thrilled with our Pergola. Everything is fab from the screens to the lights and more. Our fitters were brilliant so friendly professional and clean. Amazing product from a fabulous company.
Thank you Rachel & your team.

I was having problems with the remote for my garage door. I spoke initially with Rachael who was extremely helpful and sent over instructions for me to try and fix the problem. When that didn't work she arranged for a new remote to be sent to me. I struggled to get the new remote to work and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and got Will to call me and take me very patiently through the process which was different to the instructions I had. All in all, excellent customer service from everyone involved and I would highly recommend Amo.

Wow! Amazing team (Will and Nigel) They've done a fantastic job from start to finish. Absolutely over the moon with the quality and workmanship they produced. Highly recommend the company. Thank you Amo Home Solutions!

Really impressed with the service given by Amo from first calling them, to measuring and fitting. Excellent product and well worth the money. We were out when the fitters arrived and as it was raining they got our washing off the line and put it in their van to keep dry - can’t ask for better service than that! Would definitely recommend

We were given a recommendation to go and see Awnings at Amo and were really impressed with all the choices available. Rachael explained everything we would need to consider and we decided on the Windermere Electric Operation.
We received great service from start to finish and Will and Nigel, who installed the Awning, were so pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.
Amos is a wonderful family company. We would heartily recommend them.

Our electronic canopy was delivered as stated and the quality is fantastic. Great Service from order to delivery

Friendly and professional service. Efficient and cost effective.

My investment last year in some large electrically-driven AMO shutters across a very wide west-facing picture window was probably one of the best decisions I have made in recent years. Not only were the shutters thoughtfully designed, carefully and knowledgably erected by a great team and sensibly priced - they have helped to keep the sun out in high temperatures, the cold and storms out in winter, and have provided an extra layer of security which I greatly value.

Brilliant company and excellent products!

Amo Group (Awnings) and its staff know what they are talking about and were focused on delivering the solutions that met our needs. The process from initial visit, to site survey and installation was smooth, communication easy and the installation team managed to do their work notwithstanding the high temperatures. We're delighted and grateful.

Absolutely excellent service from beginning to end.
From the initial planning and design meeting to installation.
Highly recommended ++.

Fantastic service from start to finish with all the staff at the AMO group. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products they offer. We went for a Weinor awning and it’s great. We would definitely recommend the AMO group.

Fantastic product at a competitive price from a company who from day 1 were great. From the inti measurement visit to the fitting I cannot fault their service.

Great service at all stages. Different awnings explained. Clear information given. Friendly and professional installers. Awning exactly what we wanted and the price was good (based on prior market research done). Highly recommended.

Professional, efficient, skilled, excellent value for money and left it looking tidy.
