We had our bed delivered today and I must say I am absolutely blown away by its quality! We have had beds in the past but this one surpasses them all …. Looks even better than the pictures and is so solid and sturdy. Customer service was excellent and we were kept updated at all times from the time of placing our order to having it delivered.

We love our new Super King ottoman bed. The bed is great quality, we love the fabric and the storage underneath is fantastic. I loved that you could order fabric swatches beforehand to help us to decide exactly what colour we wanted before making the purchase. The bed didn’t take too long to be delivered given we ordered a customised bed frame. Would definitely recommend!!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The service has been absolutely phenomenal from the start. Our samples were sent out quickly which helped us greatly in deciding which colour and fabric to go for. Once order was confirmed we were contacted by their sales team to make sure everything was correct with our order and the headboard would fit our property as we did order a massive 90" inch height super king size lol.

We decided to go with the split option just in case it would fit and so glad we did! On the day of delivery I was able to track my order which was amazing as I didn't have to wait in all day long. Not to mention the bed was delivered within 8 days! The delivery chaps were very polite they even took their shoes off when they entered the house.

The bed is very well made and excellent value. Would certainly buy from Amore again and recommend to friends and family.

We had a great service using Amore to purchase our 2 beds. Olivia was great answering all our queries. We ordered sample fabrics to help us pick which arrived quickly and our beds also arrived in under 2 weeks. Would highly recommend

We ordered a 3ft x 3ft Ottoman coffee table. The service was lovely and very friendly although the courier driver didn’t knock and said we were not home when we were.
But I needed to return it for two reasons one the French Navy is not navy as all but a royal blue and the feet were scratched as they were loose in the package. I appreciate I should of got a sample. The 30% restock fee to put it back in warehouse plus the courier fee has become a massive waste of money.

Very cautious of buying the bed before seeing them in person, but really glad we did as they looked just like the images and all beds are of excellent quality.
They also offer great customisation services like adding plugs to the headboard which turned out fantastic.
The installation, delivery and delivery time was excellent too!
The customer service is also fantastic and very responsive!

Highly do not recommend. Delivered my bed completely unexpected a month before the due date, bearing in mind this was after going back and forth with their customer service advisor ensuring the delivery wouldn't come before a set date due to housing reasons. Not only was the bed delivered on the complete wrong date, but also delivered to an incorrect post code that was an hour away from the selected address. I tried calling customer service several times but got no answer, I then emailed them, in which I experienced the worst customer service I have come across. They have refused to collect the bed from the incorrect address and re deliver it to the correct address, and on top of that are refusing to refund my delivery charge. I have asked on more than one occasion for the manager to contact me but am still yet to hear from them. Please be careful when shopping with them, and expect poor customer service.

Our ottoman bed started to sink after 18 months. Turns out it was the poorly made brackets, but the bed was now out of the 12 month warranty. Bed Creed made us pay £160 for new brackets for a bed that wasn't even that old. I'm now having a song and dance about getting them delivered and fitted after paying for the brackets two weeks ago. Just really poor service.

I bought a custom ottoman with them which arrived within a week. I am interested in getting a headboard with cutouts but I have read of similar customers not receiving the right order and not being able to get their money back - this has concerned me and not sure I would invest that much money with them until their return/refund policy is more clear.

Love our new bed and matching ottoman. We were able to order a much larger headboard than standard sizes, which fits our large bedroom well. We made the bed ourselves, which took around an hour. Great quality and love the colour. Exactly what we wanted!
The bed and ottoman were delivered on the exact date that was provided upon ordering and our delivery drivers were great. Even after a long day on the road, and being their final delivery at 8pm they were friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Absolutely recommend this company. Buying a bed was so easy and it came within the stated time frame. The quality is definitely the best we've ever had so super happy on that too.

Despite initial delivery issues Amore were able to rectify our order and have our mattress delivered inside the requested time.Quality of mattress is excellent.Firmer feel wanted as am a back sufferer.So far hasn't disappointed.Very supportive,fabric is lovely and sits quite high on framework of bed so also good to sit on

The bed looks like a hotel bed and the mattress is very comfortable. The guys had the bed assembled in no time at all and were very professional.

Luxury is the last word I'd use to describe these beds. The customer services is unprofessional and God forbid something is wrong with your order, it will take Amore weeks/months to resolve the issue. The stiching on the upholstery of the bed we ordered was far from luxurious unless wonky stiching is the look you're going for. I wouldn't recommend Amore to anyone.
