As of yet I have not received my order it is in customs but I just want to make you all aware that because I live in the uk I have had to pay another £41 customs fees. There wasn’t anywhere that it told me that I would have extra money to pay. Just be aware
I have now received my art work and I am happy with it. Yes I was annoyed having to pay import tax which I didn’t know about but the end result is good

Consegna prevista in 3/4 lavorativi al momento dell'ordine.
Mi decido quindi ad acquistare al fine di poter fare un regalo.

Sono trascorsi più di 20 giorni e la consegna continua ad essere posticipata.
Poca serietà.

The communication with their customer service has been awful. I have been waiting over two weeks since the dispatch of my pictures, and no one can tell me where the items are or when they will be delivered. I have contacted their customer service four times, but no one has responded or provided any answers.

Update 11/12/25: Do not use this company as i have just had to pay import charges of £155 that were never explained on placing the order.

Sadly, I will now be attempting to recover my money through my credit card company, as I have paid nearly £800 for six canvases that have not been delivered, and my emails continue to go unanswered.

Das von mir bestellte Bild war von Amoredesign als „Beige texturierte Wandkunst“ beschrieben. Auf dem gezeigten Foto war es, in hochwertiger Wohnungebung dargestellt. Zu erkennen war ein umlaufender, dünner Rahmen mit Schattenfuge. Das sah einfach fantastisch aus und schien dem Preis von knapp 300 Euro wert zu sein. Dann gab es noch einen Rabatt von 50 Euro und ich bestellte. Das Bild in 100 x 100 mit weißem Rahmen. So wie auf dem Beispielfoto.
Als die Lieferung kam, war ich enttäuscht.
Das Motiv war auf Leinwand gedruckt, eine 3-D Textur war nicht vorhanden. Der Rahmen war eine L-Leiste, die direkt an den Keilrahmen geheftet war. Keine Schattenfuge wie auf dem Beispielfoto.
Der Kundenservice hat die Rückgabe und Erstattung abgelehnt. Mit der Begründung, Bilder mit Rahmen seien von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.
Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend ich fühle mich getäuscht und um meine Käuferrechte betrogen.

Canvas arrived with damage. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, there has been no sensible resolution. The only response is a ridiculous suggestion of self repair. Stay away from this company. They will take your money for over priced 'tat', then hide when exposed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Abbiamo ordinato il quadro “Felice primavera”. Il quadro arrivato è molto bello, colori nitidi e vivaci, tela di qualità e cornice ben fatta. Molto soddisfatti.

Esperienza orribile. Molto sorpreso di leggere tabt buone recensioni.20 volte ho provato a fare un ordine . Sempre estremamente lungo . Un'incredibile inerzia tra il momento in cui si digita una lettera e il momento in cui viene visualizzata.Alla fine quando scelgo di pagare con PayPal, un avviso mi dice che c'è un problema .....Ho contattato Amore Design , non è cambiato niente . Mai incontrato questo tipo di problema prima .

Ottimo prodotto, arrivato in tempi brevissimi. Tornerò da loro!!

Le stampe sono arrivate ben imballate e la qualità delle stesse mi ha ampiamente soddisfatto:colori vividi,dettagli nitidi e tela di ottima fattura.Azienda seria che si opera esclusivamente verso la soddisfazione del cliente.

Ragazzi davvero gentilissimi, c’è stato un problema con il corriere e loro tempestivamente hanno risolto.Quadro di ottima fattura. Consigliatissimi.

Azienda poco seria, abbiamo acquistato un quadro che è arrivato con la cornice rovinata abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione (dopo moltissimo tempo è arrivato di nuovo lo stesso quadro ASSURDO!!! ) si sono giustificati dicendo che il corriere ha ritirato il pacco errato. Non ci hanno voluto fare il rimborso nonostante abbiamo pagato l assicurazione, stiamo ancora aspettando la sostituzione ( sostengono che i corriere sono impegnati e non hanno disponibilità per il ritiro p.s trovate un corriere alternativo) . Esperienza pessima e azienda inaffidabile .

Vorrei spendere due parole perché vale la pena ringraziare l’assistenza per la rapidità sia nel risolvere un mio problema (cambio grandezza) sia nella velocità di spedizione. Tele molto belle e colorate

After receiving my painting and not being satisfied with it and therefore wishing to return it, I have submitted the Returns Form on your website on the 23rd May and once again just now. I have also emailed your company directly asking for a response. The quality of the picture is no where near how it appears on your website and looks really cheap and thin.

I just recently purchased Rain in Manhattan it's a beautiful painting. The service was fantastic, the communication excellent. Delivery was as stated the time and date. I'm very very happy and will certainly buy again plus recommend this wonderful company to family and friends

Il mio "Albero dorato orientale"

Il quadro che ho ricevuto è veramente bello come dalle foto in pubblicità. Sono molto soddisfatta e consiglio vivamente.

Circa due settimane fa è arrivata la tela 180x95 con cornice bianca (di bassissima qualità) per non parlare della stampa, sfocata,soldi buttati. Sembra di avere una foto ingrandita a x10.
Come è arrivato il quadro ho chiesto se si potesse fare un reso, poiché il quadro non ci piaceva.
Hanno insistito con l'effettuare altri render per poter scegliere un altra tela, ma noi non ne volevamo altri poiché non ci piaceva altro e poi la stampa lascia a desiderare. Quando ho capito che non avrebbero effettuato un reso con rimborso, ho chiesto se si potesse scegliere lo stesso quadro ma nella dimensione più piccola da mettere nello studio.
Mi hanno risposto che non era possibile, ma che dovevo scegliere tra le altre tele con la stessa dimensione che ho acquistato.
Alla fine dei conti mi sono dovuta tenere questo quadro che non ci piace per niente.
Il prezzo è smisurato rispetto alla qualità delle tele e delle cornici!!!
