However lately I’ve found the glue isn’t as good as it was and it’s not sticking as well sadly

Love these lashes so much! I used to get my eyelashes done professionally but it was costing too much so decided to start using these and I’m so glad I did. It took a couple of times to apply them correctly, but once you get the hand of it I now I can get a week use out of them usually or at least 5 days. You can even book an appointment in store so they can show you how to apply correctly which does really help. The staff are so nice there and helpful. You can choose from loads of different styles. I do my daughter’s lashes and she also loves them. She uses the lazy girl ones and they last a week for her. Xx

Great lashes
I have tried many different lash clusters and strips and these are by far the best. They are easy to apply and I find they last 4-5 days. I have ordered more and will continue to always keep a supply in 😊

I will never go into a salon again for my nails or lashes. This brand is a game changer. Press on nails are amazing, I am always lifting heaving boxes in work and these nails last I can get 3 weeks out of them. The girls that work there are all so lovely and helpful.

Disappointment all round
Took a very long time to arrive. Lashes are too full for me: I thought they would be lighter, I usually prefer wispy half lashes. These ones look like the ones a drag queen would wear. A complete waste of money, won't be buying lashes from you again

We’re also sorry to hear the lashes felt too full for your preference. We completely understand that everyone likes a different look, and we do offer a wide range of styles to suit this. Alongside fuller, more glam styles, we also have very natural, soft and wispy options that are much more subtle.
If you ever did decide to try us again, we’d recommend opting for one of our lighter, more natural styles which sound like they’d be much better suited to the look you prefer.
We really appreciate your feedback and are sorry again that this wasn’t the right fit for you 🤍
Total waste of money and time.
I bought the lash kit, and two extra sets of lashes. They're poorly put together, so when trying to remove the lashes from the packaging they fall apart (I had four clusters across one pair of lashes totally fall apart), the glue in the kit is lumpy and the applicator is awkward, and when I got them on they were so uncomfortable. They then fell off in about a day despite following instructions, and I noticed they're not actually waterproof like the adverts state.

From what you’ve described, it does sound like there may be a couple of small issues that we can definitely help with. When removing the lashes from the pack, we always recommend using your fingers and thumb only, and avoiding applicators, as these can put too much pressure on the clusters and cause damage.
In terms of the wear and comfort, once applied correctly the lashes should feel completely comfortable and typically last much longer than a day. From your experience, it sounds like there may have been an issue with application. This can happen if not enough bond is applied to the root of the natural lash, or if the natural lashes aren’t fully clean, dry and free from any oils or makeup beforehand, which can cause slipping and poor hold.
We’re really confident that with a little guidance we can get these working perfectly for you.

Lashes just do not stay stuck
I feel that the glue just isn’t working for the lashes anymore. I used to love the lashes but now they haven’t even lasted one day before half of the cluster lashes have fallen off. I feel for the amount you pay it’s just not worth it, you may as well just get strip or cheaper lashes that last just as long. Last time I’ll be purchasing and generally wouldn’t recommend. The lashes look good one but they are not long lasting. I’ve had issues for the last three attempts now. Shame.

Hi Fiona, I’m really sorry to read this and that you’re feeling so disappointed, especially as you’ve loved them before.
We’d really love to understand what might be happening. Can I ask whether you’re using a fresh set of lashes each time, or reusing previously worn sets?
Sometimes if lashes have been removed using oil based products and aren’t fully cleansed afterwards, this can affect how the bond performs next time. Oil based formulas break down the bond, and even a small residue can impact retention on reapplication.
It’s quite unusual for our clusters not to last, particularly if you’ve had good wear previously, so we’d genuinely like to get to the bottom of what’s changed over the last few applications. There may be a small tweak that makes a big difference.
