We couldn’t be happier with our purchase..the quality far exceeded my expectations. Right down to the hangers on the back being in the exact same place on both sides!!! Do you know how few companies even worry about that ? And that makes the hanging process do much harder!

I had an excellent experience with amourprints! I ordered a print for my son and daughter in law's 1st wedding anniversary on June 4th. The song on the print was their 1st dance as husband and wife. After I submitted the order, I had a prototype to review within 2 days. I especially loved the personal touch of an email that confirmed the company's receipt of my order -- Kirstie personally responded to me, and we exchanged a few emails over a couple days. That's a really great customer service interaction that made me feel special! My son sent me a picture of the print (we don't live in the same state), and my daughter in law texted me with a teary eyed smiley face, telling me the gift was so thoughtful. I can't express how happy I am with this product and what a GREAT overall experience this was. THANK YOU to the amourprints family for sharing in such an important life event for my family!💗

Ordered the print of our wedding song, Unfortunately sometimes things get damaged in the shipping process. Made a quick claim and with in a week a new print arrived in perfect condition. My wife was extremely pleased with the print and we proudly have it on our wall.
Definitely would do business with a company like this that stands behind the product.

The customer service representative was pleasant and easy to work with. We had a particular song lyric that we wanted to use and they allowed us to share the lyrics with them.
This is an anniversary gift for our daughter and son in law, we will be giving it to them in a couple of days, and I am sure they will love it just as much as we do.

The customer service that I received during the ordering process was excellent gave this to my wife (early) for Mother's Day! - She loved it so much that when I came home from work yesterday, she had already hung it up!

From start to finish I never had a question about anything as Kristie was fully engaged throughout the entire process. The site was very easy to use and the canvas that I received looked absolutely amazing! My anniversary isn’t for a couple of days but I could t wait to give my wife her present. The look of sheer happiness and enjoyment when she took it out of the box was priceless. She even teared up a little bit after seeing the song that I had chosen. I can’t thank the team enough for preparing, making and getting it to me in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future!

Excellent customer service.
When I received my wife's gift, the frame was cracked (most likely due to handling during shipping process). I provided pictures and a replacement was ordered and I just received it in perfect condition!

I am blown away! Amourprints popped up in my social media around the time of our 36th anniversary. We have a song, "our song" that's been meaningful to us since we started dating. I submitted my order, received and approved the proof, and it showed up about a week later. Their communication was personal and very responsive. The packaging was meticulous. Once I opened it, I just stood back admiring it. It. Is. Perfect. I immediately hung it over our bed. It's even more impressive that what is shown on their website. Thank you. Job well done!
