I use mini-kegs for home brewing but they’ve been difficult to source in recent years. Delighted that Ampulla have them and great service from ordering through to delivery.

Would Buy Again from Ampulla
Good tracking/ email updates.Parcel arrived on time. Very securely packed glass bottles. Good quality product. Spotlessly clean clear glass (past purchases from other suppliers having a fine layer of dust on the exterior and inner base). Reasonably priced compared to similar available bottles. All good.

Easy and quick experience.
I phoned up to ask a question and the person I spoke to was kind to me and had very good manners. I also received my order and it was well packed too. Thanks so much!

Great communication
The glass bottles are good quality and totally leak proof. A good size for taking a smaller quantity of oils/vinegars.
I had a problem with the carriers and having got nowhere with them, I contacted Ampulla directly who responded immediately and sorted it without any delay. Would highly recommend Ampulla and shall shop with them again.

Great products, ridiculous packaging
Products are great and arrived promptly however an absolutely diabolical amount of packaging that isn't conscious towards our planet or customer recycling

It wasnt delivered

Product great, delivery service poor
Not Ampulla's direct fault, but using DPD as a courier is a disaster. 3x delivery attempts and 2x permissions to leave the parcel in the front porch and they still didn't deliver. The products went back to Ampulla and we had to use cheap imitations from Amazon who had no problem delivering to the address

Gold coloured covering on 50ml atomiser…
Gold coloured covering on 50ml atomiser bottle started chipping off after only a couple of uses. Not very impressed, I expected them to be a bit better quality even for the price. I make perfume on a small scale and I cannot use these for my products, as they shed plastic particles all over the place and look awful.

Extremely happy.
Really happy with the bottles I received, packaging was excellent and so was the price. Postage was fast too. I'm not 100% on the lids, but they seem to seal ok.
overall, a five star sale, will be using again.
