Awful customer service
As a long-standing, high-volume client of AMR, However, after bringing a significant warehouse fault to your team’s attention, I was met with behaviour that I found both unprofessional and, more concerningly, inappropriate in tone and conduct.
The interaction left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, and I believe it falls well below the standard expected of a business I’ve supported for many years.

No information about stock shortages until the package is sent
Not happy with the purchase, placed an order because of one product only. The store messages you about the stock shortages after they send the parcel, so it's not possible to cancel.

Used to be really good
Received email from a sulking, uneducated, dishonest and rude baboon of a worker Jenny from this org, what a joke, u should quit just coz im asking for a refund. Worst customer service ever.
Used to be really good, had discount codes for free delivery, had the items i needed in stock and delivery was placed at my front door.
Unfortunately not good anymore, poor customer service, items i need are no longer available and parcels are sent straight to post office for pickup, notified amr they suggested i go chasing the parcel and if i want it redelivered have to pay fee extra, omg.
Absolutely ridiculous, defeats the purpose of buying online. all should be shopping elsewhere.

Low and behold, it is legit, I couldn't believe how fast they shipped my items out. Literally within a few days it was on my doorstep and there were no surprises, everything was the sizes I anticipated, there's been times where I've purchased online through other sites and the products were smaller than I thought they would be. It was worth spending on shipping because I got value in the products and saved a small fortune. Would definently purchase from here again!
