Everything was managed step-by-step with precise instructions, as opposed to confusion or delays, timelines were adhered to and my inquiries were appropriately addressed. my TikTok account was handled precisely how I had imagined.

I normally never write long reviews, but this situation was so frustrating and misleading that I feel like I have to share what happened, especially for anyone thinking about paying thousands of dollars upfront.

Back in May 2025, I paid $3,000 for their YouTube automation service. They made it sound like a full done-for-you system with high-quality videos in the style I asked for, real channel growth, and help with monetization. I was even told directly that if my channel didn’t get monetized, I would qualify for a refund. I kept every message, and I even have a recorded call confirming this.

1. The service didn’t match what was promised

The videos I received were nothing like the examples or references I provided. Not even close.

I gave them the exact niche, exact style, and exact format I wanted. Instead, I got low-quality videos that didn’t match my instructions at all. The channel barely grew, and the results were nowhere near what was represented to me when I signed up.

2. Completely inconsistent answers about refunds

When I asked for a refund, everything became a mess.

First, they said my refund request was “under review.”
Then they told me I had a “remaining value” of $1,040.
Then suddenly that $1,040 was “credit only,” not refundable.
Then they said it depended on their finance team.
Then they told me they’d have an answer “by next week.”

This went on for weeks. Every time I followed up, the story changed. Nothing was clear. Nothing was consistent. Nothing felt professional.

3. They tried to push me into a completely different service

Instead of addressing the YouTube problem or honoring what was said, they tried to redirect me into an Etsy automation project.

At first, they told me it would require no upfront payment and that the $1,040 credit would cover the start.
Then later, they said I needed to pay $6,960 upfront.

That is a massive contradiction, and I have every message saved.

4. They sent me a contract that would have wiped out my rights

They sent me a brand-new contract for the Etsy project that included a no refund clause, an “all sales are final” clause, and an “entire agreement” clause designed to erase the original YouTube terms.

If I had signed that, it would have removed my ability to pursue a refund for the YouTube service. Luckily, I actually read it and refused to sign.

5. Two months of delays and zero real answers

For almost two months, all I heard was:

“Finance is reviewing it.”
“We’re waiting for approval.”
“We’ll have an answer next week.”

But nothing ever changed. Just delays, excuses, and mixed messages, never a real resolution. No legitimate company needs two months to say yes or no.

6. I have all the proof

I saved everything.

Text messages
Emails
The contract they tried to get me to sign
The call recording where their rep confirmed a refund
Every contradiction
Every promise
Every delay
Every change in their story

Because nothing about this process felt right, I ended up filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.

7. Final thoughts

Based on everything I experienced, I honestly cannot recommend this company. The communication was inconsistent, the promises kept changing, the work didn’t match what was sold to me, and the refusal to provide a straight answer after two months was extremely unprofessional.

I’m sharing this so others can avoid the stress, confusion, and lost time I went through. If you value transparency and straightforward business practices, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

It began with Shopify store around September 2024. They did not even start Shopify store, but they recommend me to start TikTok store at the same time to make things quick and more profit. Hence I paid for both stores since I saw there is money back guarantee policy on contract. Shopify store was contracted first but it never started and then TikTok store was begun. However, TikTok store was screwed up by them did not deliver product on time according to TikTok business center support team. After that, they asked my ID card photo and video, this is big red flag. They told me they need them to submit to TikTok shop, So I told them I will submit myself. But they refused it.
They said they do all the works so it is automation for me. Well..it turned out they send me products and asked me to pack them and take photo and videos for them. There is nothing gone aligned to contract. Tiktok shop is suspended and they never pay me back. and Shopify store is still not running and no response to my messages. They just ignore the messages and call.

Please be aware of them.

Not sure how there are so many positive reviews. This was not the case with me. Signed up with Amz Aspire in late December 2023 for an Amazon Store. I paid $3000.00 Things seemed to go really slow. It took them a few months to get everything set up. About 3 months later the store started making a little bit of money about $100.00 I was assured this would just go up and up. Made that much for about 3 months until this month. Early this month I was told I needed to pay an additional $3000.00 for brand approvals. Was told this, is what needs to be done. That the items I have are not approved. I asked why they were not approved and was given the run around. I have also spent about $1500.00 or products. So Have spent $4500.00 total and seen about $300.00 in payout. My store is now shut down by Amazon and Amz will not get back to me because I will not pay the additional $3000.00 I have been taken. They will not do anything to fix the problem they started. I was promised a working store. But it is not. Be very careful with this company!

Update: The company contacted me after this review and told me they would make things right. I have changed to 3 stars. If they make things right I will review again.

Update: Have not heard back from AMZ in over 1 month. Nothing has changed. Still cannot sell on Amazon.
