I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with AMZ Waves. I requested a cancellation and a subsequent refund, but the company has failed to process either. Despite several attempts to contact their support team, I have received no callback or email confirmation. At this point, the lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution and the full refund I am owed.

My experience with Amzwave has been nothing short of a disaster, resulting in a loss of over $5,000 and significant business disruption.
The Core Issues:
Contractual Duties Unfulfilled: Despite payment, Amzwave failed to deliver on agreed-upon contractual duties.
Amazon Account Shutdown: Their inability to provide the proper supply chain information led directly to the shutdown of my Amazon account, a catastrophic failure of service.
Unfulfilled Walmart Store: I paid for a Walmart store setup that was never fully delivered or made operational.
The Runaround:
After numerous requests for a refund due to their failure to perform, Amzwave attempted to pivot me to other projects like TikTok or Etsy, essentially ignoring my request for my money back.
After six additional weeks on the new strategy, nothing materialized, and I am still out the initial investment and the time I lost pursuing their services.
I found the team's communication to be misleading. I felt that members of the management, including Solomon (allegedly the Compliance Manager) and Justin, did not follow through on their commitments and were evasive.
I believe Stephanie genuinely tried her best, but it felt as though her efforts were undermined by others on the team.
Action Taken & Final Warning: Due to this experience, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and have initiated a civil suit.
Prospective Clients: Please vet Amzwave thoroughly and consider the risk. The promised results are demonstrably not there, and you may find yourself with nothing but lost money and time. Buyers beware.
