Horrific! Do not buy from this website. This website is a reseller of shein items which they use ai to regenerate images of to look better to enable sales. I was sold a $13 shein mug for $270AUD. I have requested a refund and am yet to hear from them. This is a scam website. Proceed with caution.

I had such a great experience with Anaïs! The service was excellent, and the staff were super helpful. i love that their décor is handcrafted and stylish, with a quality you can really see and feel. Overall, everything about the process was smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier.

I bought a candle and glass set from Anaïs as a gift, and it was a total hit. The packaging was gorgeous and felt so thoughtful my friend was blown away. Easily one of the best gifts I've ever given.

After waiting two weeks after placing an order, and then reading the reviews on here, I was worried that I just got scammed. I emailed customer service, but they didn't respond until three days later saying they were busier than usual (I ordered during Labor Day weekend) so there was a delay and my item was backordered due to popularity. They offered an additional free candle, and upgraded shipping. They did ship it out two days after that, and it arrived five days after shipping. The wine glasses looked new when I opened them, and it does seem like real crystal (sound test) but I noticed some scratches on the swans, So it seems like the company is not a total scam, just the logistics and the customer service could use some work, and the products are as advertised in my case.

I bought a bunch of candles for my girlfriend for her birthday and she loves them so much!! Fast shipping and elegant!

I have to say I had a wonderful experience with this company. I ordered those beautiful, seashell champagne glasses with the crystal and they are really beautiful and heavy, they look and feel very elegant. I also ordered two candles and they are lovely, very happy with my purchases. I will definitely buy from them again.

Do not shop from this website. They scam people by taking their money without sending the products, and they don’t respond to emails.

This online store is a scam.

We never received our order. Customer service told us they couldn't find our order and asked for more details. We sent the requested information, and they insisted they couldn't refund us because they couldn't find our order.

I strongly advise against this online store.

My wife ordered multiple pieces of jewelry from them on July 23rd.

After 3 weeks, we haven't received anything.
When we contacted them with our order # and identifications to cancel the order and get a refund, they said they didn't have the order.

We were charged for this order.

I sent them screenshots of the confirmation email. And the haven't answered since.

This company seem to be a big scam, and steals from honest people who see products on their site.

I ordered and PAID a CRYSTAL BASKET on January 29, 2025. Almost two months later and still haven' t received it. I tried many times to contact the customercare by email but they never answered. This site is a complete SCAM!!!

I ordered a vase on February 17, 2025. Almost a month later and still have t received it. I followed up with an email twice with no response. This site is a complete SCAM!!!

I ordered my vase on February 13, 2025, and as of today February 25th I have not received my vase or a shipping number. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money. These vases are very expensive.

Ordered two beautiful Vases on 1/31/25 for a total expenditure of $256.00 with a delivery timeline of 3-6 days. After 10 days I reached out by email to inquire, was told that the product was out of stock but expected in that week and my order would be shipped the following week. At the end of designated week - NOTHING. Second inquiry said that it would be shipped the following Monday - NOTHING. Third inquiry on Thursday 2/20 informing no delivery, no communication. SILENCE, I will cancel this order, demand a full refund and report this company with fradulent marketing and non performance both at the State, Federal levels as well as everywhere they advertise (Facebook) as this is not acceptable, professional or a company that cares nothing about communication or their REPUTATION.

We placed an order on 1/2/2025 and the website said the product would be delivered in 3 to 6 business days. After 10 business days we attempted to contact with no response. We tried two additional times by email, most recently on 1/27/2025, also with absolutely no response. We would understand if we had a response of some sort. Without any response, we had to file a dispute with our credit card. This company appears to us to be a scam.

Numerous attempts to obtain delivery date, without any response. Want refund in full as this order was initiated on Nov 25 2024. Customer service non existent!

My order, which was a holiday gift, was never delivered. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response, and then was told that it wasn’t their problem and “they weren’t responsible” for the product not arriving. They did not offer refund or replacement product when they did not deliver. Terrible customer service, expecting payment when product was not provided? Horrible. Total scam.

I ordered two of the Anastasia handbag vases. I only received one. I’ve emailed the company 3 times regarding this order, and haven’t heard back. I need either a refund or, or the item delivered. Very frustrating.

Can’t get a response from them on when something is going to be shipped. Got a vague response that the item is on back order, but still being sold with a 3-6 day shipping timeframe. It was to be a gift.. sent 4 unanswered emails to get the order cancelled - no response. Will be filing a dispute with my bank. Do not order anything from this company.

*** BAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE***I contacted them minutes after placing an order by mistake, several times via email and phone, which by the way is not a real company phone, just a google number, never an answer, wrong items delivered and when I tried to dispute it with my card they claimed it was final sale.
