Excellent service.
Very prompt in getting out to my broken washer dryer.
Immediately identified the problem and repaired within an hour, and without any cost for parts.
Engineer was friendly.
Will definitely use them again if needed and refer their services to others.

Brilliant experience with Anderson James. My oven broke on the Wednesday and I was able to make an appointment through their website for the Friday. I had confirmation sent via email and text and a call 20 minutes before they arrived to check I was home. They had both parts needed to fix the problem with them and within 15 minutes the oven was fixed. The engineer was approachable and friendly. Having a fixed call out price was great and the parts were really affordable. Would highly recommend and use again.

Arrived on time and quickly found that the heater element was shorting out, and replaced it. Was very patient with all my annoying technical questions!

Excellent professional service. Easy online appointment booking system followed up by confirmation by text/ mobile. Call made confirming arrival time on the day. Very pleasant repairman. Part needed ordering in, no further charge for additional visit.
Will definitively be keeping their number for any future appliance repairs.

Forget checkatrade.com - use these guys. Seamless end to end customer journey. Easy booking online and not a long wait at all. Courtesy call 15 minutes before, very friendly and the price was reasonable with other valuable advice given! I cannot recommend enough.

Very prompt & timely, but having spent over £400.00 to repair my tumble dryer and being assured that nothing else will go wrong, its still not working properly, and I've been told that it needs another part costing £200.00, I wish I'd bought a new machine, which is what I wanted to do in the first place.

Clear pricing policy and came out very promptly. Needed to order a part and then returned a week later, which they did at no extra charge. Very pleasant service and competitively priced.

The engineer was very efficient and found the problem very quickly.

James agreed to our requested date a week in advance phoning, as agreed, 10 mins before arrival. He sorted out the Bosch problem within a few minutes and completed the job entirely within the call-out fee with no additions for Labour unlike too many tradesmen. I was delighted and have no hesitation in recommending him and would use him again as necessary.

Very speedy response. Polite and helpful service. Saved my 13 year old tumble dryer from obsolescence and was positive about its likelihood to last well in future so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Win, win!

Called these guys to look at my fridge freezer which I purchased nearly 10 years plus at John Lewis. the door was the issue it kept opening.So I got these guys in and what originally looked like a seal issue was in fact a hinge problem and they saved me over £179 in parts they are very professional and want to do the best job they can for you highly recommend these guys
