Chinese clothes reseller?

I can’t believe how I fell for it, because I always buy from trusted shops and after having reviewed everything. I think this is because I saw the brand through an influencer and I thought oh no way she is promoting fraud companies. The weird thing is I researched them and seemed to be legit but forgot to check trustpilot too. The clothes are of bad quality or actually I can’t even see what they are made of because there is either no label or it’s in chinese. Cheaply made and bought probably by chinese manufacturer. There is not even an ando label, nothing. So weird as the packaging was good and even had their tape on the box, a same branded sticker and a nice thank you card with good branding. These don’t match the clothes quality unfortunately.

We stock pieces from trusted designers and brands based in countries all-around the world, often specialising in their craft, such as hand made knitwear from Belgium and Merino Wool from Italy. We stock many brands from Europe from countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Poland, Belgium and England, as well as some US brands and some from the Far East including Japan, and Korea. We stock a range of brands with different price points and each piece is carefully selected and sourced to ensure it meets our standards for both design and quality in reference to its price point.

We’re so sorry you felt the Korea Kids items you had purchased were not to the expected standard. These ones are part of our basics range. We have reviewed these products for fabric, thread count and packaging etc and will also be checking to see if there had been any issue with labelling on the items. Please be assured we will review this items fully following this feedback. We’d love to put this right, as while we’re so happy you noticed the care we put into our delivery, presentation and branding, we’re disappointed to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations. Bought a jumpsuit that looked great…

Bought a jumpsuit that looked great online for my 3 year old. When it arrived the button holes were not functional as they had threads that had not been cut back and stopped the buttons being able to push back through. The fabric was also really flimsy and cheap. I complained that the item was flawed and still told to pay the postage on the return back. Overall this purchase cost be £7.50 and I got nothing 🤣 lesson learnt don’t buy from here!! Sad as I really want to support small businesses, but the items have to be in line with customer expectations.

We stock many brands and would like every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products, across all brands, and it’s clear that in this instance we’ve fallen short with a fault on the product. The issue you described with the buttonholes should absolutely not have passed quality check, and appears to be a fault from your description. This is not acceptable to us and of course we share your frustration in receiving a faulty product.
I'm also very sorry to hear you were asked to cover the return postage on a faulty item, ordinarily this should certainly not be the case on an item shown to be faulty or substandard, so we'd love to be able to put this right and also replace the item if we can pick up with this over email.

I ordered an item next day delivery and…

I ordered an item next day delivery and 4 days later it is still not here and not been delivered. This was a gift for my goddaughter and now I cannot give it to her. I have emailed the company but not had a response. They do not have a contact phone number on their website so I expect I will be waiting days for delivery. Incredibly frustrating and paid £6.99 for next day delivery. What a rubbish service. There is also no tracking and no updates.

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to pay for next day delivery, only for the item to still be undelivered several days later—especially when it was intended as a gift for your goddaughter.

We aim to respond to all customer queries as promptly as possible and can see, in this case, we received an email in the evening (8pm) on the 15th September and replied the following morning on the 16th September at 10am. Generally our orders are sent from our UK warehouse and we send these the same working day. This particular order was for an art print which is printed to order with the artist, so sadly this does mean they can be a little longer to dispatch from the artist directly. I can see that my colleague refunded your shipping cost immediately and tried to solve the delay in dispatch with you, due to the artist not being able to cancel your order because printing had commenced.
